The place was great but when I got there, the guy working started saying stuff like “ it’s quiet around here”, “Your not trying to party are you?” Then starts saying people have been coming there lately trying to do so, I assumed he stayed these things because I am
A AA woman. I reminded him of my age (while he’s holding my I.D btw) he then goes to tell me I have to pay a $200 deposit. Which I was told before booking the room was $50. So this brings me back to my race, this is being told to me AFTER i just spent nearly $200 just to get the room. So I am behind upset.

中規中矩的酒店，波特蘭流浪漢特別多，住機場附近比較安全。這個城市説實話已經算比較沒落了，大廈裏直接警察佩槍守護，我應該不會再來這個城市了。

Nice, clean, large, updated room. No parking for airport long term, which was a bummer. The one thing that was super odd was the elevators were FREEZING!!! We were in the middle of an ice storm but it felt like the elevator shaft was open at the top. They started putting out cold breakfast options at 4am which was nice! We would stay here again.

This was an unanticipated stay for us during a very busy weather situation. The front desk was working non-stop, and Phoebe and Peggy showed great teamwork keeping everyone patient, while still being able to respond to special requests.

Freezing weather in the Portland metro area so we decided to book a room at the Holiday Inn Express because they have a shuttle service that we used to get to PDX for an early AM flight. Upon arrival at the hotel it appeared we weren’t the only ones with the idea. Staff at the front desk was exceptional.

Really liked how close this property is to the airport. You can hear airplanes in the distance but not enough to startle you in the morning. Property was clean and quiet. Staff was great (by staff I mean Peggy). She greeted and checked us in quickly.
