酒店位置很優越，整潔温馨，早餐也很美味，窗外風景很美。

酒店服務還可以，設施還比較齊全，早餐的品種不少，雖然大部分不是很愛吃，不過已經足夠吃飽了。餐廳在露台上，風景極好，適合慢慢品嚐，慢慢欣賞，慢慢欣賞。

A huge disappointment!!! Not all the rooms are at the same quality that you see in the photos here! A few years ago i had visited the same hotel and it was ok! But this time the department that we got was awful and we decided that we had to leave the place despite the fact that we had paid for 2 days. So, we checked in another hotel and we had a great time in Pelion. We lost 300€ but i wouldn't let my family sleep there!!! i will never visit this Hotel again in my life!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone! Too overpriced for what you get! The rooms are dark and outdated and in need of a serious upgrade. The breakfast is very minimalistic, only 3 people work in the whole hotel I guess the owner try to save money but they charge the guests top money for their stay! Im highly disappointed!

We booked a suite witb fireplace, very comfortable bed & great shower, great reception staff, efi & mr vaios were very polite & helpful . the windows were very small no balcony but thetebwas a fantastic view from the room, very noisy if you are a light sleeper, we complained on the second day but we just got an apology, no solution was offered. The room discription states sound proofing this is not true, you can here the dogs barking outside and as for the bedroom door it might as well not been there the noise was unbearable you could even hear the front door & reception speaking 2 floors down. Breakfast was a great disappointment for a 4 star hotel, more like 2 star, the basic that everyone has were not even available , things like brown bread & boiled eggs, very poor quality products, as a diabetic there was nothing for me to eat, from there on we had breakfast in our room with our own things we bought from the supermarket. Hotel is in a great position for exploring the surrounding areas, there is a parking place opposite & the hotel has a very small parking place also. We stated all of our dissatisfactions upon checking out, we recived a phone call later that day from the owner asking us what the problem had been, he told us that his office was in the basement & that he had heared the noise the previous day & night. I hear ask you that if he heared the noise why didn't he reach out to us before our departure, lets say on the second day & try to help us, we stayed 5 days & he chose to call us after we left to go to our next destination when it was already to late to be fixed.

The Erofili hotel provided us an exceptional hospitality as well as a super handmade breakfast, same is located in the center of Portaria village with all the hotspots in walking distance. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable enough and cozy.

Everything about this hotel was excellent ! Staff were friendly and welcoming , rooms were perfect and breakfast was a rich buffet with a selection of fresh food to suit all tastes! 10/10 for everything

Επισκέφτηκα αυτό το ξενοδοχείο στις αρχές του νέου έτους για χαλάρωση και ήταν μια πολύ καλή εμπειρία . Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και τα δωμάτια πολύ ωραία . Το μόνο παράπονο και για αυτό το 4/5 είναι το πρωινό . Ο μπουφές πολύ μικρός δυστυχώς χωρίς πολλές επιλογές . Βέβαια το θετικό ήταν ότι όλα ήταν φρέσκα και πολύ νόστιμα .
