There was no cups for coffee and I only noticed that night. It was very late. And then when I tried to shower only steaming hot water came out of the pipes. I thought I was doin it wrong. Then next day the same thing happened. I showered with the bottle water provided. And used the Rory bottles for additional washing. Then when I told the front desk when I was checking she said it was 2nd complaint. They didn’t not even offer me anything complimentary, for my uncomfortable stay.

This time around I stayed on the renovated side of the hotel. The room was nicer but it was dusty. The maid were very nice on both days I was there and took care of it for me. Always a pleasure staying there as it is close to everything

Excellent option in Port of Spain. A little pricy but in comparison with other hotels within the city it’s good value.

Horrible customer service. Breakfast is not worth it $33 usd per person , Derek is the only one who cares for the customers, an this was at 8:30 am

The people were genuinely kind. So helpful above and beyond. Food was delicious. Everything we wanted we got. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Terrible hotel dirty room, racism from staff towards us, ************ happening and staff ignoring it. I’m not able to use the pool and no communication from the staff about when the pool would be closed. Staff also lied about communication. I contacted both the staff and manager at the hotel and emailed Hilton customer services all with no positive response. I’m still waiting for the hotel staff to get back to me as I promised they would.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful, the are so respectful, helpful, and very polite. I will return. Just becareful when buying at the pool, its extremely overpriced and the burgers are no good. I paid 800 tt for what i dont know, I forger to ask for my bill. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Mot my first stay here. Location is great to stay for the independence fireworks. The breakfast buffet was great. I always enjoy my stay with them.

Hotel was filthy super old rooms and bathrooms where in terrible shape , not worth the price

It was a standard Hilton ,spacious , clean, and rooms were nice. Food was great ,but overall pricing is expensive for the location.

Location for this hotel is perfect, love the pool area it was very relaxing and food was delicious. Check in was easy and we paid a little extra for a late check out at 3pm.
