Sadly the room i stayed in the aircon was not cool probably around 26 degrees, the room boy advised me not remove the room card when i went out so the aircon is not off, and i can request another room key at the reception. I have notified the issue to the reception, but is good for guess who prefer the room at 25-27 degrees."
