โรงแรมใกล้กับ Soccer Stadium, Pontault-Combault

This hotel is DISGUSTING. I would not recommend it unless you are a chain smoker and happy to sleep in a filthy ashtray. We had a great trip around France, stayed in some lovely places, met wonderful people and sadly our last place fell through at the last minute leaving us driving around looking for somewhere to stay. We arrived at the “hotel” and the reception staff on duty said it was cheaper to book online- so we stood in front of them stood and booked on our phone. In good faith and with an exhausted family we walked up to the two rooms with our belongings and into a hazey room with a stench of stale fags. All of us stood there initially in shock. The room looked like an old prison cell. The beds were dirty and child’s bed not made, in a manly plastic bag and dirty. The stench of the room hit as we opened the door. I literally burst into tears. After a bad day this was the straw that broke the camels back! We checked out both rooms- they were both absolutely rancid in smell - and so we collected our belongings and left immediately. My children’s health is important to me. We don’t smoke and so I would not put them into a room with a foul stench of cigarettes. I certainly would not let them sleep in a room which was that bad: it would be like sleeping in a old fashioned night club during the 90s! We went back to reception and two men working there said we could change rooms. I explained it was a non smoking room but stank and the man working on reception said that many of their guests don’t respect the rules and smoke in the rooms so all the rooms are the same. I explained we were looking for a non smoking room which the hotel advertises- I pointed to the signs around reception showing non smoking!!! and if they couldn’t give us a non smoke too then they needed to refund. I asked for my money back as we had barely been in the room and was told they would refund three nights but not that night because it was non refundable. We had been in the hotel a few minutes! We booked in good faith expecting a clean room- not a hovel. The rooms were not fit for purpose. They stank. Literally stank. Mysteriously two days later the “management” contacted us to say that their staff had checked the rooms and they did not have an odour. I can only imagine that the staff had completely lost all memory an entire conversation with my family, in front of other guests when they ADMITTED that all the rooms stank! I can only imagine that they had a miraculous change of mind ….. Hmm I wonder why! (Unless staff were heavy smokers and nose blind!) Clearly all staff we saw that evening were fully aware that most guests (his words) ignore the rules and smoke in the rooms then they have a duty to enforce the rule or refund honest guests money so they can move on to a clean room. A notre arrive à l'hôtel l accueil était fermée mais prévue et avertis par mail vu l'heure. Tout ce fait sur tablette bien penser à prendre le numéro de réservation. Une fois la porte ouverte de la chambre odeur de renfermer la grandeur de la chambre suffisante pour 2 nuits 1 grand lit et 1 lit superposé. Hôtel bord d autoroute mais notre chambre côté parking donc pas de bruit. Propreté bof bof a revoir je pense bcp de choses collantes et grasses. Le matin très déçu par l'accueil ni bonjour ni au-revoir le petit dej bcp trop cher pour ce qu'il y a. Le pain coupe à la maison pas bcp de choix pour 8.50 eu .... Le deuxième matin le monsieur de l'accueil très sympa est venu nous voir si la nuit s'était bien passé merci a lui . Pour la literie bonne qualité rien a dire wifi ok pour finaliser je m'attendais a mieux pour la réputation de cette chaîne d'hôtel

La literie n’est pas confortable et pas propre, je me suis retrouvé à dormir avec des cheveux/poils et des peluches plein la couette et sur le matelas. De plus je n’avais pas de taie d’oreiller. Il nous semblait que le check out pouvait se faire jusqu’à midi, pourtant on nous a réveillé à 10h pour faire le ménage dans la chambre, un peu dans l’incompréhension sur ce point. En revanche, le personnel est plutôt agréable et l’hôtel est très bien placé.

โรงแรมดีมาก ทําเลที่ตั้งลงตัวทุกอย่างสะอาดสะอ้าน ฝักบัวอาบน้ําก็เยี่ยม และพนักงานก็น่ารักมาก เป็นโรงแรมราคาประหยัดมีห้องพักเล็กๆ แต่สําหรับทําเลที่ยอดเยี่ยมแบบนี้ในปารีสมันไม่แพ้ใคร จ่ายเพิ่มได้ 1 เท่า สําหรับมูฟชื้น ห้องพักในละแวกที่พักร่มรื่น อยู่ติดสถานี RER มีรถไฟทุกไม่กี่นาที ไปดิสนีย์แลนด์ (ประมาณ 20 นาที) แต่ยังไปวินเซ้นส์ และ สะพานข้ามฟากได้อีกด้วย อีกทั้งยังติดกับซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต - Super U สวนสาธารณะ ตู้ ATM ยาและร้านค้าหลายร้าน

สําหรับโรงแรมระดับ 2 ดาวนี่เป็นสิ่งที่ยอดเยี่ยม เพียงไม่กี่นาทีจากสถานีรถไฟ RER และในฐานะผู้หญิงคนเดียวในรถเข็นฉันไม่เคยรู้สึกอึดอัดเกี่ยวกับพื้นที่นี้ โรงแรมสะอาด ลิฟต์ใหญ่พอ ชอบที่ห้องที่เข้าถึงได้ง่ายสามารถจองออนไลน์ได้ง่ายๆ อาหารเช้าคุ้มค่ามาก และทางเลือกที่ดีสําหรับราคา ห้องใหญ่พอที่จะย้ายไปรอบ ๆ บนรถเข็น ปลั๊กข้างเตียงดีเสมอ ห้องน้ําห้องเปียกขนาดใหญ่ตรงตามความต้องการของฉัน ถังขยะว่างเปล่า เตียงและเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวหากจําเป็นทุกวัน ได้ยินเสียงรถไฟนิดหน่อยแต่ไม่เลวและหยุดระหว่างเที่ยงคืนถึง 6 โมงเช้า

Ne pas trop en demander, on sait à quoi s'attendre, déjà venus ici, on a apprécié le personnel adorable et professionnel, les chambres sont correctes, tout est propre le bémol c'est la taille. Mais après nous on sait pourquoi on choisit un hôtel économique et pas le 3 étoiles, c'est pour dépenser plus lors de notre séjour. En revanche le petit déjeuner avec les croissants frais c'est Top pour le rapport qualité prix et honnêtement c'est l'un des hôtels première classe les mieux entretenus... Pour ceux qui se plaignent faut qu'ils savent comparer... Merci à l'équipe on reviendra.

น่าจะเป็นประสบการณ์โรงแรมที่แย่ที่สุดเท่าที่เคยเจอ คืนแรกที่เราเช็คอินพนักงานหยาบคายและไร้ประโยชน์แม้ขี้เกียจจนไม่สามารถเช็คชื่อเราได้อย่างถูกต้องและบอกเราว่าไม่ได้จองในนี้ ป้ายที่ติดอยู่รอบๆ ทําให้รู้สึกปลอดภัยที่นี่ แน่นอนว่าต้องดูแลสิ่งของแต่คุณคงหวังว่าห้องของคุณจะปลอดภัย! ประตูบานเกลียวโลหะที่หน้าต่างก็ดูน่ากลัวนิดหน่อย คืนสุดท้ายเรามีปัญหาไฟดับและพนักงานดูไม่ค่อยสนใจที่จะให้ข้อมูลใดๆ เกี่ยวกับสิ่งที่กําลังเกิดขึ้นกับเรา เราถามว่ามีการประมาณการที่หยาบและแค่ก้มไหล่ก็แค่นั้นเอง อาจจะคุ้มค่ากับการได้ไปซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตแค่บนถนนเพราะชากาแฟ ”มีเฉพาะวันเดียว”!! แม่บ้านไม่สนใจว่าถ้ามีป้าย 'don' มารบกวน' บนประตู แล้วเราจะเจอแม่บ้าน 1 รายต่อเช้า! หากคุณไม่ใช่ประเทศฝรั่งเศส ควรเตรียมตัว จ่ายค่า 'tourist' 1 ยูโรต่อคืนต่อคน ข้อควรแจ้งบวกอย่างเดียวคือพนักงานต้อนรับหญิงใจดีและเป็นกันเอง
