1. front desk - there was a problem with my key. the lady in front desk didn't know that repair must be done to both our keys together. 2. cleanliness - one day our room was no set st all, even thou we left at 9:30 and returned at 16:00. we got a bottle of water, but not every day. 3, maintenance - there was a stuck/clogged sink in the bathroom. the bed had a broken leg.

This was the first time in ponta delgada and the hotel was really well located, amazing breakfast and great indoor. If you’re considering going to Azores I would highly recommend.

Great pool and sauna. Room big and very central location. Breakfast was very good.

Good value for money but service led a bit to be desired, for instance I asked for slippers and they gave me some but made me go down to get them

Whilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening. Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb. It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying. Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show. Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming. Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

Very nice hotel. The front desk arranged to get my room earlier than 3pm. Staff was super helpful and very friendly. Everyone speaks English. Comfy bed. Burgers at the bar was delicious and breakfast was great. Close to shops, supermarket, gas station and cafe making it a prime location for my first time in Ponta Delgada. It was just a stopover but wish I stayed longer.

Прекрасный отель! Отзывчивый персонал, помогли с заказом такси, сразу отвечали на возникающие вопросы. Номер большой. Хороший завтра, кофемашина в номере. Не понравилось отсутствие чайника и чая в номере. От центра города 10 минут пешком. Классный бассейн и джакузи. Сауна немного слабовата по температуре. Понравилось, что для ранних выездов из отеля есть опция ранних завтраков - можно поесть с 5 утра, хоть и в ограниченном ассортименте, но это все равно очень удобно. Как минус - не очень хорошая шумоизоляция.

Pequeno-almoço variado e bem servido. Quartos confortáveis e localização central.

Atendimento excelente, localização muito boa, todo impecável, pequeno almoço bem variado.

Gutes Hotel, Kostenpflichtige Garage, ausgiebiges Frühstück. Leider wenige Türklinken und viele Drehschlösser(Türgriffe).

funcionários simpáticos e prestaveis. Boa relação preço qualidade. Talvez, o ponto fraco seja a qualidade do jantar no restaurante.

Bien situado y equipado con piscina sauna gimnasio. El parking es de pago 9€ noche Buen desayuno variado, y buen servicio reponen continuamente y personal amable. El primer día la ducha del baño estaba perdiendo agua, avisamos. El segundo día el arreglo de la habitación cama fue deficiente ( no limpiaron y la cama mal hecha) Avisamos en recepción y luego lo hicieron mejor.  En la habitación hay nevera, cafetera nespreso, agua rellenada del grifo. Lo mejor la cama , muy cómoda y las sábanas.
