รีวิว Neat Hotel Avenida

We stayed the first two nights of out two week holiday in the Neat Hotel. We were early arriving but our room was ready so we were able to check in, which was great. The first thing we noticed when we walked in the hotel was the lovely smelling air freshener, which gave a good first impression. All staff on reception that we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with a comfy bed. There was a fridge but my one down point for amenities was that there was no kettle. A coffee maker but no kettle! No everyone drinks coffee but this seems to be a normal thing nowadays. I know you can boil the water but not use a coffee capsule, but the water still tastes of coffee. It was noisy at night but the hotel is right in the centre. Great location for the harbour. Would stay again if we ever visit The Azores again!

I been to Ponta Delgada Azores few time, first time stayed at Neat Hotel Avenida the location was great and convenient at the centre of downtown! I checked in very late and the reception staff excellent friendly, room is clean, near by have a lot cafe’s and restaurants! I will come back to stay here again, obrigada

Minimamente agradável, apesar de se terem esquecido que seríamos 3 só termos 2 toalhas. Sem pequeno almoço incluído o que torna o quarto demasiadamente caro.

Gostei da estadia. Hotel limpo, funcionários simpáticos e bem localizado, encontramos todos os serviços bem perto. Obrigada 👌

Muito bem situado, junto à avenida principal. A limpeza do quarto, tal como, nas áreas comuns num excelente nível. A disponibilidade e atenção dos funcionários é total. Ambiente acolhedor e virado na prática para a sustentabilidade ambiental. Muito recomendável!

Localização central, muito confortável, colaboradores muito prestáveis e afáveis

Hotel con una atención en recepción pésima! Reservas con más de 6 meses de antelancion y cuando llegas no tienen tres habitaciones juntas para todos y para más inri te dan hab dobles cuando deben ser triples. Clavada en el desayuno cuando tienes alrededor opciones muchísimo más económicas y mejor calidad . Mal sin duda no recomiendo este hotel.
