The representative called the hotel while I was on the line. The manager stated they did not have authority to issue a refund. I was told ********** would follow up the next day. Days later, ********** emailed saying they were unable to reach the hotel by phone. When I contacted customer service again, they said they would email the hotel instead, indicating this had not previously been done. The amenities and conditions do not match the listing, and ********** has been informed. The listing remains unchanged.
