Arrived not knowing what to expect from previous reviews. But I’m happy to say family and I had a great experience! Stayed 4-11 October 2024 and had a blast, pool and water park for kids is fantastic, kids club and the team that run it are great! Rooms very clean and cleaning staff are lovely. Pool bar is great and the all inclusive drinks are good, my only complaint on the drinks is the size I which the cups where bigger. Breakfast was very good and to be honest the best I’ve had in a Spanish hotel as it was very British/Irish Hash brows, sausages and rashers. Lunch and dinner are also very good great selection and good quality the chicken fajitas are unreal!

Meant to post a review earlier, as have been back 3 weeks now. Anyway ... a really great place to holiday. First time AI for us and it worked, although enhanced by the option to dine a la carte on three of our eight nights. Suite/room 1812 was spacious and clean, a great big huge comfy bed and fresh bottles of water provided every day (not sure if this was `normal` as our friends in other rooms didn't receive this). Some sort of entertainment provided most days. We went out of school holidays so only adults and very young children were here ... wouldn't consider a return in school holidays. Main buffet restaurant always had a varied menu on offer with something to suit most people. A la carte restaurants too, steak option really poor (occasion spoiled by rude manager and some staff who blamed us when the food order they had taken was wrong), Asian restaurant very good as was the Italian. Day time pool side snack bar used often too for quick drink service and various snacks (filled baguettes, sandwiches etc). Only issue, no bar service `permitted` on top floor in main entertainment bar/lounge area and despite there being numerous waiters, never enough staff, service took an age ... usually 45 mins or more to get a drink. They need to get this sorted out. Allocate a set area for cocktails and the main bar and servers to the rest of the drinks. Short taxi ride in to the nearest town, if you fancy a change of scenery with a few bars and restaurants. Overall, a good holiday destination, and with some improvements (sort out snail-like check-in and slow bar service) it could be just right.

Quite a lot of older folk staying at the hotel during my stay, however this did not bother me in the slightest. Clean room, friendly staff, and lovely breakfast. Great location- five minute walk (if even) to Playa Dolarada and shop across the road. Thank you.

We had a wonderful holiday staying in the Livvo Volcano Hotel. It was very clean and comfortable, the staff were really friendly and helpful. There were activities organised every morning which were a great bit of fun to experience especially the canvas painting and wine tasting. The nights were catered for as well, including a range of musicians performing pop/rock/country in the cocktail bars and a wonderful classical group set in a very suitable candle lit Church setting. All in all a great place to holiday and relax. A magnificent choice of any breakfast and very relaxing pools, to chill in.

Another lovely stay at our favourite place. We opted for a bungalow this time, no 53, which was well situated at a quiet edge of the complex but a short walk to the pool. The accommodation was as usual well equipped, comfortable and the housekeeping team did a great job. We rented Aircon, towels and WiFi as a package with a refundable deposit. No need to rush for sunbeds even though it was busier than we've experienced due to a wedding party. The staff as usual were so helpful and efficient. Good transport into the main resort from the main road but the Bar Arena next door and local restaurants a walk away served us well for a week. We've already booked for next year!

We had a nice clean appartement which was very spacious. The bed is really good, very soft and we slept like babies. Bathroom was nothing special but clean which is the most important thing. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side. (8,- for 2 small orange juice). The staff was friendly. We would’ve liked to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. The only downside was the 100,- borg that has to be payed with creditcard as we didn’t have one but we got the appartement anyway. I recommended this place to others if they’re looking to relaxed without the screams from tourists. If you read this as a tourist please keep this beautiful island clean and show your respect. (We walked around with an empty bag picking up trash along the road)
