The hotel was adequate and average. The pictures shown appear to make it above average and nicer than the hotels in the area. My stay was fine, it was for business so time spent in the room was limited which I appreciated as the linens appeared to be a bit dingy, the walls were paper thin- I could hear neighbors closing doors and often, whole conversations from outside as the rooms border the parking lot. I did not use any of the amenities so I cannot comment on that but many visitors appeared to like the pool. Overall, I would recommend this for someone transiting through and not planning on very much time in the actual hotel/room.

Friendly staff, verly clean and comfortable, very good breakfast included with a wide choice including eggs and other hot items. Its in a ***** mall area so not scenic but very convenient and a nice family restaurant next door, Starbucks across the street.

It's ok for the night not for more than that. The hotel needs a good carpet cleaning & maintenance. Staffs were friendly & helpful.

This property was exceptional. Very clean, staff was professional and friendly. I was skeptical of such a high rating but it is worth the rating and even much higher. The breakfast provided was really good and they don’t cut corners. Cleaning staff did a very good job and cleaning the room very well. The front desk staff was friendly and provided a lot of info regarding the local attractions and shopping.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Staff were very nice. On demand hot cocoa & coffee was a bonus.
Cons: We booked for 3. Towels and bed were set-up for 2. Had to arrange sheets & pillows to make up sofa bed. Then had to call for a blanket/comforter because the beds weren’t winter comfortable.
Water pressure was lacking in the shower.
When room refresh happened we needed my daughter’s snack spill (small crushed chip but conspicuous) needed to be vacuumed but it was left on the floor for our 2nd day.

Although more expensive than other options, its location, services and the gigantic pool makes it the best option in the area. Walking distance from malls, restaurants and other facilities, it is a no brainer.
