Room was newer. But had little ants on the table. Outlet and hair dryer in bathroom didn’t work Patio was nice and overlooking the pool.

I came an hour after check in .. I had to wait for a room to get cleaned . I believe I was given an handicap room . Definitely an inconvenience ! I wasn’t too happy about it .. I was told they were going to see what they could do but they never got back to me.

Accidentally booked for one day earlier than intended. Neither ******* or Woodlands would assist.
Poor service on both of them. Will never use either again.

Our room was right next to the main lobby. It was loud and difficult to sleep. The front desk allowed a ton of people in the lobby and they were loud until after midnight. Front desk didn’t say anything. The toilet was leaking and running in our room.

Decent enough, site is not very handicap accessible. They have rooms that you can get to, but very limited of you can't do steps can't use any amenities

We as a family enjoyed our stay at Woodlands. It provided everything from a pool, club and delicious food at a great price. Staff was also very nice and ready to help.

Old style PA hotel/ resort. Old but maintained. feels like a mini resort with restaurants/ bars on property. Live music on weekends. Pool hot tub and spa.
Riverside rooms with balcony and a inclosed courtyard. Transportation to the ******. Rooms while dated are clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Hot tub under renovation
