ไม่มีกาน้ำร้อนและกาแฟ ใกล้หอเอนปิซ่าถ้ามีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการจอดรถถ้าจะจอดในโรงแรม ถ้าจอดรอบๆโรงแรมฟรี ผนังห้องบาง เวลาคนเดิน เสียงกระเป๋าเดินทางยังได้ยิน เตียงนุ่มหลับสบาย

ประสบการณ์เข้าพักในโรงแรมที่แย่ที่สุดครั้งหนึ่งในชีวิต ห้องแรกมีกระจกแตกและท่อระบายน้ำอุดตันหมด — ถือเป็นเรื่องที่น่าตกใจสำหรับโรงแรมใดๆ หลังจากเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าแล้ว ฉันพบว่ามีแมลงบนเตียงเกาะเต็มไปหมด ฉันโดนแมลงกัดอย่างเจ็บปวดอย่างน้อย 20 ครั้ง และมีอาการแพ้รุนแรง ฉันติดต่อโรงแรมทันที — ไม่มีการตอบกลับ ไม่ขอโทษ ไม่ชดเชยใดๆ มันน่าขยะแขยงและยอมรับไม่ได้อย่างยิ่ง โรงแรมแห่งนี้เป็นภัยคุกคามร้ายแรงต่อสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยของแขก อย่าเข้ามาใกล้!

สะดวกมากในการเที่ยวชมเมืองปิซ่าแต่ไกลจากสถานีนิดหน่อย

สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในโรงแรมและบริการดีเยี่ยม! ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือไม่เหมาะสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่ไม่มีรถ เพราะการเดินทางในเมืองปิซาไม่สะดวกเลย ถ้าคุณพลาดรถบัสเที่ยวสุดท้ายในวันที่คุณมาถึงปิซา ขอแสดงความยินดีด้วย การเดินทางจากสถานีรถไฟไปยังโรงแรมจะลำบากมาก! (แต่ฉันคิดว่าคุณสามารถโทรหาโรงแรมและขอให้พวกเขาช่วยติดต่อบริษัทแท็กซี่ได้) แต่พนักงานโรงแรมก็ดีมาก พวกเขาช่วยเราติดต่อแท็กซี่เพื่อพาเราไปที่สถานีรถไฟไปยังหอเอนเมืองปิซา และยังมีจักรยานสาธารณะอยู่หน้าโรงแรมที่คุณสามารถรูดและขี่ไปได้ หากคุณกำลังพักผ่อนกับครอบครัวและเพื่อน ๆ โรงแรมแห่งนี้ก็ยอดเยี่ยม ห้องพักกว้างขวาง มีหน้าต่างบานใหญ่จากพื้นจรดเพดาน สวนขนาดใหญ่ และสระว่ายน้ำ

Worst hotel. 5 star hotel but 1 star service. worst service staff, Worst counter staff, Worst breakfast, some guest even ate their own instant noodles, no free water, Please don’t choose this hotel if possible.

The location of the hotel is in a great place, quiet and you can see the tower in the distance which is about a 15 minute walk away! The reception area and foyer are nice and spotlessly clean. The pool area and garden are great and the staff there were very friendly and attentive! Our room was large and perfectly fine, however there were a couple of electrical sockets not working and the bathroom/ shower in particular were showing their age and not in the best condition it took ages for the water to drain which made the floor really slippery and it was badly discoloured , they could do with an update!

Hotel and service amazing!!! Beautiful surroundings the pool area was lovely. Restaurant is very reasonably priced and great pasta. Cocktails fab👌🏻The only downside to the trip was given a ground floor disability room which we never asked for ( I feel like this happens a lot these days) and therefore a bathroom that gets soaked just having a normal shower

Good hotel, one big minor was the breakfast, when it’s not even full need to wait very long for a coffee, only one machine operational. For the rest good breakfast and very helpful staff

this is such a business type-of- hotel. very much suitable for businessman/woman who wish to stay and make a conference there. + the price was a bit on the competitive side so it’s very nice tbh.

The service attitude was extremely bad. Especially the night bartender (the hairless gentleman), he actually used abusive sign language to the guests. It was unbelievable and made me feel extremely insulted.

Having read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though. Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices.

The place was amazing, clean towels, good wifi and comfortable beds.
