Rooms very tiny for a family, worse than a Travelodge. Food limited for dinner but a little more at breakfast. Staff not very friendly or interested in helping to provide support on dietary requirements.

酒店房間比較小,設施比較簡陋,連燒水壺都沒有,衞生也一般,最奇葩的是退房時間居然是上午十點!

Service is great. Food excellent. Lot of choices, there is something for everybody and everything is great. WiFi reaching out to the beach. Beach is really near. You can get beach towels with the deposit. Rooms are clean. We are really satisfied.

Beds are comfortable and rooms very clean, have shower over the bath. Friendly staff and very helpful. Food average for all inclusive plenty of choices. Pool roof top fabulous with bar and plenty of sun loungers. Entertainment at night okay. Have a kids small pool too.

Lovely hotel clean and welcoming. We arrived late and all inclusive was over. They had put us water in fridge, salad boxes and chicken and fruit. Amazing so impressed. The children loved it. Weather wasn't great so played cards a lot. Plenty of space to sit together family of 8. Location fab across from beach and train station. Food was good and varied plenty of choice. All staff very present. I would recommend.room just a little small but worked well.haloween celebration great.

Great hotel ! Exceeded my expectations, good food, the rooms are modern and clean . All of the staff are friendly and Oscar at the main bar kept the bubbles flowing ! Rooms are comfortable, modern and clean. Excellent value for money, would recommend.

Really clean hotel, friendly staff always keen to help .. yes the weather could have been better ( but that’s not the hotels fault). but amazing location , comfy beds and a great food selection .. really happy with our stay so far .. thank you all the lovely staff and Oscar for the bubbles

I stayed in a wonderful pool view room last week with my parents. From start to finish the holiday was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, hotel was actually spotless . The food was good and there was a range of foods for all tastes and preferences. For fussy eaters they have a section with plain pasta that you can add your sauce, great range of fish, fruit and grilled vegetables. I find it hard to see why anyone would complain about the food here. I was all inclusive which gives unlimited locally produced wines, beers and spirits and all were fine. With all inclusive you could also have tea and coffee. In between meals a small selection of snacks like hot dogs burgers, yoghurts, fruit and sandwiches were available. Night time entertainment was lovely and low key, a nice evening of dance, karaoke and I even managed to try some unscheduled Flamenco dancing with my new friends from Valencia. The clientele are a mixture of Irish, UK, French, Belgian German, Dutch and Eastern European. Plenty of opportunities to meet new friends and there is a very friendly vibe. Great wifi also. We enjoyed both the terrace bar and the poolside bar which has fabulous views as far as Barcelona. The location is brilliant, we flew in from Girona and were the second stop on the bus and when we left via Barcelona we were the second last stop. Balancing this against a private transfer, a bus transfer is a cost efficient alternative. You can walk to the market in Callela on Wednesday and outside there is a market on Friday which has great products on offer, fashion, leather, footwear. The train goes to Barcelona every half hour from the train station just outside the hotel. So this hotel has everything to offer but its greatest asset is it's amazing staff. I want to say a heartfelt thanks to mes cheries/els meus estimats/mis queridos/queridas Cyril, Raquel, Fatima, Jose, Victor, Vitali ( nice to see you back from Santa Susanna), Carlos and his lovely new wife, Olga, Angela, Aaron, Nuria, Jennifer, Cice and Ivan. Your hospitality warmth and friendliness meant everything to us. We will be back next year and that is not a promise, that is a threat!

The hotel was dump the staff was ride but some stuff was very helpful. The food was disgusting same food every night both me & my partner had really bad stomach so spent most nights eating out lots of different resuturents if you aventure out of the damp hotel .the pool was cold and very dirty area around pool could drink around pool area very shallow . hotel is full of rude German people they all have a attitude problem I would not recommend staying here the walls are thin can hear the thing the rooms next door . Would say this hotel is of 1 star then definitely not 4 star hotel is a dump . Definitely would not stay here again

Very nice hotel and nice staff. Choose the room with seaview. The train passes between the hotel and beach and whistling when it arrive . But you get yoused to it. And suite is big and nice. Food was good, a lot of fish, tapas. We had halfboard and that was enough. At lunch and dinner I missed beer to halfboard. Swimmingpool not heated. A quiet place in october.

We got a sea view room but other than that the place is a dump not 4 star the food is awful gym isn't a gym nothing in it you get moaned at about the pool and drinks even wen all inclusive they want more money all time the staff 50 percent are rude n grumpy and the other 50 really try there best the hotel is full of rude German people they all have a attitude problem there's nothing for the kids to do pool is freezing the same manky food all tastes like fish it gets worse the hol of pinedah is a sewage dump with nothing to do and to top it off we all come back ill from being there I'd never return to the hotel or any wer in pindea ITS A MANKY DUMP

Improvement needed but you over all it was lovely. Negatives - the beds are extremely hard and the sofa bed is not fit for purpose, it makes so much noise every time you move it wakes everyone in the room up. Room advertised as a sea view but we were at the back of the hotel, I emailed hotel prior to holiday to confirm and they never responded. You can really hear what is going on in other rooms. Positives - lovely bar staff apart from one really grumpy bald man with glasses. Food was lovely and plenty of choice. Location brilliant for beach. Hotel is more for couples or families with teenage children.

I’m really struggling to find anything nice to say? The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant staff were extremely rude to the point they made one of our friends cry at the table. The food was a total disgrace. Cold, and a very limited selection and as we had 7 children in our party all there was for them was chips. If you want a nice family friendly holiday then don’t go here. I’d give a review of zero if I could, it was that bad. Seemed to all of us that us as English holiday makers weren’t liked at all
