Agriturismo Barbi is located on a small working farm in the heart of the Val d’Orcia. Several generations of the family have run the farm and agriturismo. It is conveniently located near the three walled cities of Monticchiello, Pienza, and Montepulciano. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with kitchens to cook for a family. The location and views are absolutely gorgeous, with arguably the best sunset views in the entire valley! The host, Vilmo, is very communicative and helpful. He is a very kind and gracious host, and went above and beyond to take care of us. I highly recommend Agriturismo Barbi and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Barbi delivered more than expected. A fantastic place in a fabulous romantic landscape. With views of the beautiful Val d'Orcia and Pienza. The apartment was very well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The owner Vilmo Barbi was very nice and gave us a lot of useful information. We can definitely recommend this place. The only thing that was a bit negative was that several restaurants were closed. They closed for about 2 weeks in November.

We stayed here in November. Our host was very friendly. The villa had a great views into the valley. Surrounded by farmlands. Comfortable big bed and lots of space in the bedroom. The kitchen worked well.as did the wifi.

Ambians çok güzeldi ama evin eski olması doğa ile içiçe olması ve cam ve kapılarda tel olmamasından kaynaklı çeşitli ebatlarda böcekler ve son gün ufak kertenkele beni uğurladı. Yatak maalesef eski ve rahatsızdı. Ev sahibi aşırı ilgiliydi ve rahat ettirmek için elinden geleni yaptı.

This Agriturismo is situated around 15min from Pienza. We stayed at the 2 bedrooms apartment which is very spacious for 4 of us. The owner, Mr Vilmo Barbi gave us wine and lots of food and milk for breakfast, we couldn't even finish them since it's too much. On the last day he showed us his other villas with the breathtaking view! The best one is the villa with terrace. I regret for not staying at that villa, though it's only have 1 bedroom but the sofabed in the living room could have another 2 person, and the living room is so spacious also. We will definitely come back later! Val d'orcia is still very beautiful during winter time, weather was just perfect, not too cold, around 10-15C. We enjoyed every second we stayed there.

Fantastic location a short drive away from places like Pienza, Monticchiello, and Montepulciano. Accommodations are spacious and necessities are provided. Breathtaking view of the rolling Tuscan countryside with Pienza cresting in the horizon. Vilmo is a very welcoming host; he'll make you feel comfortable and at home. He provides excellent recommendations of what to see in the surrounding area, as well as some history of the region. Already looking forward to returning.

We loved everyinute here. A mixture of quiet days and bustling farm activity going on around us. Vilmo the owner was fantastic enthusiastic, friendly and informative. His recommendations for wine tasting and restaurants made for unforgettable experiences. We ate plums from the trees, watched them harvest spelt, watched unrivalled sunsets, and relaxed totally. Vilmo stocked the refrigerator so we wanted for nothing. This place.ia ideal to get away and cook or picnic for yourself, or venture out to surrounding towns for true gastronomic delights. Thank you Vilmo. Your place is magical!

Nice location, good service Et hyggelig sted med fantastisk utsikt. Savner basseng når man er i varme Toscana midt på sommeren. Skulle hatt en større vifte. Veldig god service, kjøleskapet fylt med godsaker når man ankommer.
