I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. I had a suite with sea view and private pool. On the positive side it has an incredible beautiful view of the sea and the bay…. Without doubt the most stunning one I ever had in a Phuket hotel. The bed and pillows are excellent. The room has a nice large (30sqm) terrace with access to a private infinity pool for 8 rooms. Reception personnel are very friendly and efficient, and speak good English. All this sounds perfect but there are some points to improve: I arrived at 8:30pm from the airport and there is no restaurant in the hotel. I put my money and valuables in the safe and went down to reception to ask ‘where I could go eat something’. When I go back to my room to my to get my money and passport, but the safe was blocked… Totally dead. The maintenance man who could open the safe only could come on the day after at 10am. So I slept with hunger. The morning after, fortunately the maintenance man opened the safe within a few minutes (batteries were dead) The maintenance man also repaired the sink because it was impossible to ‘lock it’ and keep the water in the sink to do a handwash. The bathroom is extremely narrow (1 meter?) and worn out. Little water pressure and showerhead needs urgently to be descaled. The watertap-selector in the shower is totally worn out, so it’s almost impossible to select between shower or plain waterjet. Also the attachment to the wall where you normally put the showerhead in, was broken so you can only shower by keeping the showerhead in your hand. Also little water pressure when flushing the toilet. Often need to use the handshower next to the toilet to ‘empty’ the toilet. There is a large desk but without any electricity plug on or under or next to it. Also a lot of little bugs (2mm?) crawling over the desk. I counted about 120. Most of the guests in the hotel were russians. Not everybody likes that anymore. There is no more safety lock on the door. (you saw there has been one) There is no blocnote and pen. I ask the housekeeping lady at 11:30am to clean the room, oh yes sir, she says, she opens the door wide and disappears. Only at 1:30pm she returns to clean the room …. Breakfast is below standard. Very limited choice, only pre-baked sunny side up eggs, which are cold and still with a lot of raw egg-white on them. Small breakfast room with no windows. Conclusion : if you only go for the view , this is a perfect hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel recently. Booked 2 Grand Surin Suite for our family which is very tastefully furnished and decorated. But the real gem of this lovely resort is the staff. All the staff that we met were really friendly, always smiling and helpful. Special mention to Ms Apple and Ms Gai at the restaurant, thank you very much. The location is in a very quiet area which we prefer to be rather than the loud and busy Patong. All in all, we would definitely choose this hotel again when we are back in Phuket.

We loved everything about The Surin. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and situation on a perfect private beach. The rooms are beautiful and offer privacy and an exceptional view of the ocean. The staff are what make this hotel even more amazing. They go above and beyond and every smile and offer of assistance is done genuinely. The small touches (cookies and fruit in the room, watermelon offered by the pool each day) add such a special feel to the visit. It is a little bit further away from the hustle and bustle of Patong which allows for a quieter and relaxing environment however close enough that visiting the busier areas is easily done so you don’t miss out on that if you also prefer.

This was our first visit to Thailand and we went during the Easter holidays. The hotel is 100 yds from Surin Beach, which is stunning. The whole look of the hotel is very 'Thai / Buddhist'. It looks amazing. Not a huge hotel, but fantastic large clean rooms and 2 great pools. We had a pool access suite. No issues at all with direct entery into to the pool. Very handy to cool off. Big bedroom with a very big separate lounge where our 12 year old slept. Enormous bathroom. We popped into a few other local hotels and noticed that they were all busy but the amtmosphere is quiet and laid back (even though there were a lot of kids). Pool bar was great for lunch and drinks but only operated 12 -6. The main restaurant is the Oriental Spoon. Great breakfast and it was open for dinner (I have seen some reviews where it has not been open for dinner - which is very odd for a 5* hotel). Staff were wonderful and you're greeted with a welcome cocktail and a garland of flowers. We were Bed and Breakfast and we found the prices of food and drink to be a bit cheaper then the UK. e.g. A beer is around £3 Surin beach just across the road and is stunning, but as with most beaches in Thailand they're public beaches and they don't allow sundbeds or bars etc. Instead a little 'village' has sprung up at the back of the beach with sunbeds and 20+ pop up restauarnts and shops. To be honest, its a little bit grotty. We had lots of walks along this beach but didn't really stay on it. The hotel runs shuttle buses to its sister hotel the Monte Azure and 2 beach clubs in Bang Tao. Its about a 10 miunte drive to the beach clubs and they are great. I'll do a sepaate review of Catch Beach club and the Lazy coconut. I do have a couple of negative points but I thinks its more Phuket as we noticed these issues in several hotels. 1. Aircon. Rooms are no problem, but reception and the restauarnt have no walls so you're technically outside (even if you don't realise it). Therefore no AC. This was the same in every hotel we visisted not just the Twinpalms. In April it was around 32 degrees and very humid. Not unbearable but def. not comfortable. This might be a reason for for my second issue. 2. Very quiet in the evenings. The restarants shut at 9.30pm and there isn't a bar. We sometimes like to have a few beers at the end of the night but this wasn't an option. We don't stay out late but nothing to do after 9.30 felt a little stange. Again this was in every hotel we visisted. Just very low key! All in all it still a 5 star review and we would def. go back now we know what to expect.

เราประหลาดใจมากว่าโรงแรมนี้ดีและสะอาดแค่ไหน โรงแรมแห่งนี้เป็นมิตรกับครอบครัวมากมีสระว่ายน้ําหลายสระ สําหรับเด็กด้วยสนามเด็กเล่นน้ํา และสระว่ายน้ําระเบียงบนชั้นดาดฟ้า สระว่ายน้ําเป็นไฮไลท์หลังจากฝึกมวยไทยและสําหรับเด็กของเรา พนักงานเป็นกันเองมากรองรับและช่วยเหลือดีมากโดยเฉพาะโจอี้ที่ดูแลคุณทันทีหากคุณต้องการอะไร ขอบคุณอีกครั้ง และพนักงานที่เป็นมิตรเสมอ Happy Dodo และ MOSS ดูแลแขกของพวกเขาเป็นอย่างดี โรงแรมอยู่ในทําเลที่ลงตัวในความคิดของฉัน ใกล้กับหาดสุรินทร์และหาดบางเทา เดินทางสะดวกด้วยสกู๊ตเตอร์ ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตและร้านค้าเล็กๆ เดินไปได้ไม่เกิน 5 นาที สรุปแล้วเป็นรีสอร์ทที่เยี่ยมมากและวันหยุดที่ยอดเยี่ยม ปีหน้าเราจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน

We, as a family with 2 parents and 3 kids were super satisfied during staying here (5-9 may 2023). The facilities were acceptable, quite old but everything you need was there. The excursion and fun team was so enthusiastic and helpful (especially Jamie, the mustache guy). The pool and a variety of activities for children were excellent. One thing on mind as family group, the room pictures uploaded in hotel commercials could make you misunderstood because they didn’t prepare the room accordingly (family fun suite). Thanks for the hospitality to the team, we will soon be back of course.

จุดสุดท้ายของทริปเมืองไทยวันแรกรู้สึกแย่ ห้อง 412 อุปกรณ์แย่มาก เตียงใหญ่มีก้อน ไม่รู้ทำไง อึดอัดมาก เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นไม่ควบคุมต่อเนื่อง และเครื่องปรับอากาศก็มีเสียงดังมาก หลังจากวันรุ่งขึ้น เจ้านายอัพเกรดห้องฟรีและเปลี่ยนเป็นห้อง 205 ห้องถูกแบ่งออกเป็นสองห้อง นอกจากนี้ยังมีโต๊ะรับประทานอาหารและห้องครัว แม้ว่าจะใช้ได้เพียงหนึ่งในสองเตา แต่ก็ยังให้อะไรกับเราอีกมาก ความสนุกของ โรงแรมค่อนข้างใกล้กับหาดสุรินทร์ประมาณ 7-11 ทั้งครอบครัวมีอย่างน้อยสองคนและเทสโก้ชีวิตก็สะดวกมากห่างจากหาดบางเทาประมาณหนึ่งกิโลเมตรคุณสามารถไปดูได้ หาดสุรินทร์เหมาะที่จะชมพระอาทิตย์ตก ว่ายน้ำก็ดี มาตราส่วนค่อนข้างเล็ก ตอนเราไปส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาวรัสเซีย เก้าอี้สองตัวและร่มกันแดดหนึ่งตัว 200 🐷 ต่อวันก็รู้สึกดี

บริการอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง พูลวิลล่า 3 ห้องนอนพร้อมวิวทะเล 4w+ แตกต่างจากรูปภาพบน Ctrip อย่างสิ้นเชิง เป็นไปไม่ได้ที่จะลงไปที่ชายหาดจากห้องพัก และมีโขดหินด้านล่าง ในทะเลนั้นไม่มีอะไรให้ดูหรือเป็นพิเศษ และไม่เห็นพระอาทิตย์ตกดินด้วย การไปร้านอาหารเพื่อรับประทานอาหารเช้าในวันแรกนั้นเป็นเมนูตามสั่งโดยสิ้นเชิง และเป็นเรื่องยากมากหากไม่มีเมนูภาษาจีน บริการบริกรร้านอาหารไม่กระตือรือร้นและกระตือรือร้นและประสบการณ์ก็แย่มาก สะดวกกว่าที่จะทานอาหารเช้าในวิลล่าในวันถัดไป ไม่มีแม่บ้าน ดังนั้นคุณสามารถหาแผนกต้อนรับได้หากคุณมีอะไรทำ ไม่มีกิจกรรมที่โรงแรมเช่นกัน เด็ก ๆ มีเกมคอนโซลให้เล่นในศูนย์เด็กเท่านั้น สระว่ายน้ำหลักมีแสงแดดส่องถึงและไม่มีใครว่ายน้ำ ถ้าไม่ใช่เพราะราคาสูงสำหรับการพักอาศัยในพูลวิลล่า โดยส่วนตัวผมคิดว่าพาวิลเลี่ยนไม่น่าสนใจ และเราแค่ว่ายน้ำในวิลล่าและไม่มีอะไรให้เล่น นอกประตูแทบจะไม่มีอะไรเลยและเป็นไปไม่ได้ที่จะไปซื้อของหรืออะไรซักอย่าง เลี้ยวซ้ายที่ประตูมีร้านอาหารริมแม่น้ำที่ให้บริการอาหารไทยราคาถูกและอร่อย ร้านอาหารพี่ชายฝาแฝดที่ทางเข้าโรงแรมก็ไม่เลวและแพงกว่าร้านก่อนหน้า โรงแรมเต็มไปด้วยเนินขนาดใหญ่ที่ขึ้นและลง ดังนั้นคุณจึงไม่สามารถเดินได้อย่างอิสระ คุณสามารถเรียกรถรับ-ส่งได้เท่านั้น

การบริการดี พนักงานต้อนรับช่วยเหลือดีมาก ทำเลที่ตั้งไปหาดสุรินทร์อยู่ในระยะที่เดินได้ (15 นาที) เหมาะสำหรับนักเดินทางที่ชอบเดินเล่นสำรวจ มีบริการซักรีดภายใน 100 ม. ประสบการณ์แย่ๆ อย่างเดียวที่ฉันเจอคือแมลงสาบ 🪳 ในลิ้นชัก ฉันหวังว่าเจ้าของและผู้บริหารระดับสูงจะต้องรู้วิธีจัดการกับสถานการณ์นี้เพราะ
