Absolutely impressed with the hospitality team. I am not easy to please as I review hotels for the last 10 years and this hotel is great value for money. Our flight landed early and I did not expect our rooms to be ready and they were. We paid more for the room of our choice and got an upgrade which was a nice surprise. The spa is excellent that we had massages upon arrival and before leaving Phuket. Breakfast is a small but decent spread with basics of western and Thai dishes. The restaurant is seriously underrated. Our friends had lunch there and took us back for dinner and the oysters, ceviche, BBQ pork were delicious. The team speaks English and are very polite and helpful.
Full disclosure: Would love the pillows to be a little more sturdy as we melted into it but they were so nice to give us another. The beach is just across the hotel but it's not connected.

Прекрасное путешествие на Пхукет было завершено посещением отеля Outrigger surin. Отель прекрасен своей камерность и вниманием к гостям. Нам с дочкой (12) лет всё понравилось: начиная со встречи в отеле и заканчивая помощью при погрузке наших многочисленных вещей. Небольшие неприятности с номером были с лихвой компенсированы менеджментом отеля предоставлением номера самой высокой категории. Завтраки в отеле достойны отдельной похвалы. Всё вкусно, красиво, без суеты и спешки. Благодарю за отличный отдых. В октябре этого года вернёмся к Вам.

Right on Surin beach's doorstep with plenty of halal stalls by the beach. You can borrow a beach mat from the hotel so you don't even have to bring your own. Service is awesome and the staff are all so friendly, especially the staff at Nalu and the security guys. Always ready with a warm smile, helpful tips about the area and chat! The room is huge and comes with a bathtub. The pools are great to cool down in after a hot day out exploring and the gym while small, is sufficiently equipped. Would return to Outrigger Surin in a heartbeat! We are already planning our next trip back :)
