With regards to the bathroom, we would like to clarify that the water is not leaking. Instead, the water splashed over the bathtub when you used the shower as the bathtub and shower are together. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this caused and we hope you had informed us about it during your stay so that we had assisted you. We would have been glad to move you to a room of same room type with a separate bathtub and shower. On your next visit to this beautiful place, we hope you will stay with us again. However, we are sorry to hear the inconvenience your friend has encountered with his reservation and our sincerest apology. All of our online partners’ website display the maximum number of both children and adults that can stay in each room including the maximum number of extra beds that can be arranged on it. Policy as well for children staying can be found on the section of child policy of our online partners’ website. We have set our policies but we are flexible on it to accommodate our guests needs and requests. Your friend’s reservation of whom there are 3 adults and 1 child aged 9 years is 1 room with 1 extra bed and we arranged this for them. As the child is 9 years and there is no remark or request from your friend to arrange 1 more extra bed for his child, in reference to our child policy, his child can sleep with them on the existing bed. However, upon arrival, your friend requested to add 1 more extra bed to be arranged in his room for his child which we confirm it with additional cost but explained that adding 1 more extra bed will lessen the free space in the room since the maximum number of extra beds that can be arranged on it is only 1. As there is a day bed available (room amenities) in the room, our front desk team offered it to be the child’s bed as an alternative and we will put bedsheet, blanket and pillow on it which your friend gladly accepted. Our guest comfort is important to us and once again our sincerest apology that this was not delivered outstandingly. We then hope that you will come back to stay with us again. Although we did not fully meet your expectations, we are delighted to learn that you were still satisfied with your overall experience. While we deeply appreciate your kind words regarding our convenient location and spacious rooms, we extend our sincerest apologies for the areas that we fell short and we would like to address them. For the breakfast, our Executive Chef is currently reviewing ways to further improve it. With regards to our facilities, it is under assessment by our hotel management to check the necessary upgrades to be done. As for our front desk team, many of our guests praised their friendly and accommodating service however, we are truly sorry to know this did not reflect your experience. Your comment has been shared with them for further improvement. We would like also to take this chance to inform that we provide extra in-room towels to our guests once per day since our housekeeping team already set up in-room towels when they clean the room. The guests can request for the extra in-room towels to our front desk or housekeeping team. As for the nationalities of our guests, we welcome travelers from every part of the world and we accommodate a wide mix of guests including Chinese, Israeli, Korean, Malaysian, Japanese, Singaporean, Middle Eastern, Australian, European, and Indian travelers. The mix of our guests may vary depending on the season as each countries celebrate different holiday periods.
