When booking on line you see nothing but beautiful clean rooms. Well to be shocked it wasn’t Clean and looked nothing like the booking website.  Had no bathroom light or toilet paper holder and not even a **** vent. There were holes there. I had a room that had a joining room and believe this it looked like someone tried to break in from other side. The door frame was missing. The comforter had burn holes in it. My lamp had no shade. Ready for this for a 2 queen  beds we only got two (2) pillows. ***!!!! What a **** hole. Run away don’t ever book there. This place shouldn’t t even be aloud to sell room. Dogs barking all night long and called Office and no one would answer the phone.

I like coming here but lately it's not been as nice as it usually is

My black mold, the door wouldn't lock i paid for a refrigerator, microwave, and TV and I didn't get any of the 3 and my toilet keep over flowing i called the desk again friend of mine heard Crystal the front desk say the ***** in room says her toilet is overflowing i bet she wants to move rooms but **** they i ain't moving her. Mary SaL are okay

This place is a joke. The housekeepers will make a bed up instead of changing out sheets once a client has checked......especially if they do not see any dirty spots or anything looking as if it was slept in as well. They don't have MOST rooms set up entirely. Also, there a bed bugs in most of their rooms.

This hotel was terrible! The room was small and outdated, the bathroom was dirty and the room was nasty. I spent an hour cleaning it upon arrival. The clientele was rowdy and unruly. Sleeping in the park across the street was more comfortable. The staff was unhelpful and uninterested in making my stay more pleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone anywhere for anytime!
