***PICTURES BELOW FOR PROOF Lemme tell you a DETAILED explanation of why you SHOULD NOT stay here. First and foremost, we paid 169$ for the night to stay in this dilapidated, run down hotel (room #245). We checked in at around 1am and exhausted to check everything in the room. So I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and tripped on a sunken drain and twisted my ankle. The drain had about a half-inch depth and without a cover. To be honest, we were too tired to be relocated. When we did a final inspection in the morning, we found that the lip of the drain was sharp, the shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall and the shower had low pressure coz there was a constant leak on the shower head. To add insult to injury (literally), I told the manager in the morning and I was sarcastically responded with, "that drain is supposed to prevent the water from accumulating!" Well...DUH! So, NEVER AGAIN! It's a shame Wyndham would allow their name to be poorly represented.

Priceline reserved a hotel for me that has been closed for renovation since July 2021! I used Priceline to find a reasonably priced hotel for a two day trip to see my daughter. My wife wasn't coming so it was just me and I wanted to go a cheaply as possible. After meeting with my daughter I got to the hotel late in the evening, around 10:45 PM to find it boarded up and shut down. A night custodian let me in and was nice enough to help me out. I didn't want to stand outside while I was trying to get Priceline on the phone because there were a lot of homeless people coming around. After staying on hold for awhile, I finally got a customer service rep from Priceline. It took putting the custodian on the phone to convince the rep that the hotel was closed. He than agreed to refund my money, but I really wanted help finding another hotel since I knew all of Phoenix was booked up. After begging him to help me he basically refused and said he could not find a hotel for me. I said "you are in the hotel finding business and you can't help me!" Priceline basically abandoned me in an area that I felt unsafe at close to Midnight! I ended up finding a hotel on ***********, but since the area was so solidly booked and it was last minute, it cost me almost 3 times the amount I was going to pay. If I knew it was going to cost me this much I wouldn't have taken this trip. Priceline left me abandoned without a room, feeling unsafe, and spending triple than I wanted (or could afford). NEVER USE PRICELINE!

Hotel has no service and no courtesy. No amenities whatsoever and they are still charging way too much. Malfunctioning air conditioning which they told me "You have a suite so it takes longer to cool down, but never really cools down. We can try another room, but it will be the same situation." Temperature never went below 79 degrees. Management absent. Security kicked me out of my room at 12 noon since the hotel does not recognize late check-outs, even for Wyndham Diamond members. No breakfast, no housekeeping, homeless wandering around at all hours.
