I had to cancel reservation due to family illness and was denied causing me to loose entire cost of the booking.

The breakfast was wonderful and the valet service was great. However, the toilet in our room did not flush well or fill up completely.

I like the hotel but not the parking they only have valet parking that cost $42/ evening otherwise you have to park on the street

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport—perfect for exploring the city. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the USB charging ports and the coffee maker in the room.

Overall great! Location is perfect and safe.

Very good location.., it’s close to the Footprint Center (NBA - Suns game).., around ten minutes walking. Spacious room.. (two queen beds), with good amenities. Elevators ok..! Good breakfast..! There’s a bar in the lobby.., cozy place to eat and drink. I’d stay again…!!

The room was clean. I didn't try breakfast because I woke up too late. 11:00 am checked out so be ready because at 11:04 they already getting nervous.
