ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม สามารถเดินทางไปยังริมแม่น้ำ พิพิธภัณฑ์ พระราชวัง และบาร์ต่างๆ ได้อย่างง่ายดาย คุ้มค่ากับราคาสำหรับการเที่ยวชมพนมเปญ อาหารเช้าอาจจะสะดวกกว่านี้ได้ โรงแรมในเมืองที่ตกแต่งแบบเก่าๆ บรรยากาศอบอุ่นเป็นกันเอง ราคาเหมาะสมในพนมเปญ สามารถเดินทางไปไหนมาไหนได้สะดวกด้วยรถตุ๊กตุ๊กจากรอบๆ โรงแรม

ฉันพักที่โรงแรมนี้หนึ่งคืน ห้องพักดีมากสำหรับโรงแรมสามดาว อาหารเช้าอร่อยมากและหลากหลาย โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางเมือง ทำให้คุณสามารถเที่ยวชมสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวหลักๆ ได้ทั้งหมดด้วยการเดิน พนักงานต้อนรับให้การต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดีและเป็นมิตรที่พร้อมช่วยเหลือ ขอบคุณสำหรับการต้อนรับอันอบอุ่น ฉันหวังว่าจะได้กลับมาอีกครั้งในสักวัน!

ต่ำกว่าที่คาดหวัง แม้ว่าที่ตั้งจะดีและอยู่ใกล้กับพระราชวัง แต่ห้องพักมีแมลงสาบตัวใหญ่เกาะตามผนังซึ่งจะขึ้นมานอนหลังเที่ยงคืน ความสะอาดสามารถดีขึ้นได้ แม้ว่าสุดท้ายแล้วห้องจะถูกเปลี่ยนในวันรุ่งขึ้นก็ตาม นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการก่อสร้างซึ่งมีเสียงดังตั้งแต่ 8.00 น. ถึง 23.00 น. หากคุณชอบพักผ่อนและอ่อนไหวต่อเสียง อาจรู้สึกรำคาญได้

Never again! We paid for room with city view and our room had NO window.. We needed just stay over night to get to airport so we stayed for the night but the false advertising is just wrong.. even for that price its wrongful behavior  It felt claustrophobic and you can hear everything on the hallway. Plus WiFi is not working in room properly, only in lobby.

Horrible Experience - Worst Service and Zero Maintenance! "I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. I arrived at midnight, exhausted after my journey, but the experience was a total nightmare from the start. Incorrect Room Allocation: Despite my booking, I was assigned a very small, cramped, and congested room. It was definitely not the room I had paid for. Maintenance Issues: The washbasin in the bathroom was completely clogged. When I reported this, a technician arrived very late, but surprisingly, he didn't have any tools with him! He left without fixing the issue, leaving the bathroom unusable. Lack of Basic Amenities: There were no slippers provided in the toilet, and the overall hygiene was very poor. Unprofessional Staff: When I called the reception to complain, the staff were indifferent. They listened to my issues but offered no solutions, apologies, or any kind of assistance. Premature Checkout: I had originally booked for two days, but the conditions were so unbearable that I checked out after just one day and moved to another hotel. I have taken photos of the poor conditions as proof, but I am choosing not to post them publicly out of personal decency. However, I want to warn other travelers: Do not stay here. It was a total waste of money and a very bitter experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. i strogly reccomand everyone avoid this property. i am going to compalaint and re fund.

Thank-You so much Silver Mounts Hotel, it has been a wonderful 10 days stay with you that I absolutely do not regret ! The bedroom is as shown on picture without any surprise : equipped with fridge, closets, tea/coffee, private shower, two large twin beds, air conditioning ! A pure pleasure that comes with a delicious breakfast made of sweeties ( tea, impressively delicious coffee, cereals, bread, butter, jam... ), fruits and salties ( salad, sausages, rice...). That would have been less tasty without the two very helpful and lovely waitress ready to guide and help visitors, the reception attendants and the cleaning team. More than the elevator, the Hotel offers seating at the entrance to enjoy street life and by-passers, the same salon inside the reception to benefit from a quieter and temperature controlled environment. The location is exactly at walking range to anything a tourist will be looking for : monuments, restaurants, markets, night market, river, walkways, nightlife, daylife ! I TOTALLY invite any traveler to step in this lovely hotel !

What a disaster this place is.there is a construction site next door that starts at 7 am loud banging and drilling. The $5 breakfast is not worth it somedays its buffett some days its a la carte you never know until ypu front up.None of the restaraunt staff sppeak english .just try asking for a spoon. The entrance to the hotel is usually blocked with motorcycles .The putside sitting area is also a smoking area bit ashtrays are seldom emtied. The whole place is a dissapointment if ypu can avoid it.

Staff very friendly and organised, let me check in early which was very handy, room ok shower excellent

Great value for money and on a street full of restaurants and bars. It's on Street 172. It's walking distance to the palace. Rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful and speaks good english. I stayed here a few time during me trip in Phnom Penh.

Been booking at this hotel for over 3 years and everytime the service eis always great, the food always good and the rooms comfy
