ฉันพักที่โรงแรมนี้ 2 วัน ไม่มีฟิตเนส ไม่มีร้านอาหารภายในบริเวณ แต่มีร้านกาแฟอยู่ใกล้ๆ น้ำในสระก็เย็น พนักงานเป็นกันเอง

มาเป็นครั้งที่ 2 สำหรับฉันแล้ว โรงแรมนี้โดยรวมดี สะอาด มีสไตล์ที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ ตกแต่งสไตล์วินเทจ และไม่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ในห้องเลย

[Horrible hygiene, noisy, and dishonored their refund promise] I booked a triple room at this hotel (September 2026) for my mother and aunt, who needed rest before early morning medical appointments. Our stay was a complete disaster: - Unsanitary Conditions, the room was filthy, reeking of raw cement and foul, unwashed bedding. - Neglected Bathroom, Uncleaned with no restocked amenities. - Mosquitoes & Noise, Swarming with mosquitoes all night, plus loud guests talking loudly past 10:30 PM, leaving my family unable to sleep. When reported, management verbally agreed to cancel our second night and refund us. However, they went back on their word and rejected the refund request without any explanation. Disgusting facilities and completely dishonest service—avoid this place.

Overall, I had an acceptable stay. The location is decent (7/10), and the staff were one of the highlights of the hotel. The receptionists and housekeeping team were always friendly, polite, and willing to help. I'd rate the service 9/10. The issue was the Wi-Fi. It wasn't working, and they came to fix it the next day, btw the connection quite slow. The room could also use some improvement. It had an unpleasant smell, like a mix of cement and cigarette smoke. Some of the walls were dirty and had visible damage, which made the room feel less well maintained. Despite these issues, the stay was still acceptable for the price, mainly because of the friendly staff. With better room maintenance and more reliable Wi-Fi, the overall experience would be much better.

Everything is good even better if they open a coffee shop ;) the room was clean but I don’t really like the door ( windows ) it feel a bit unsafe for me they didn’t even have a lock but still good 8.5/10

Absolutely beautiful. Would definitely stay again, very quiet, pool lovely and clean.

We love the surrounding environment of the hotel. Clean, nice pool, but kinda far from Phnom Penh city centre.

I did not Enjoy My stay. I found the hotel to be very Run down and just not nice. The smell was awful. When I wanted to leave the manager denied my request and gave no explanation. There Is no cafe and the breakfast consists of 4 Or 5 items and 2 of them were out. However Nita and Danang the front desks rep were amazing!!! They were helpful even when their boss wasn't. The location isn't ideal if you want to explore the city. Overall 2/5

A very nice place to relax and recharge. The swimming pool though was too cold when we visited there. The room's smell was too strong. They open the door for air ventillation. But the total experience was great if you just want to rest.
