Beautiful hotel close to airport. Shops and local restaurants nearby. Little far from city centre and river front but great for work or relaxing. Super friendly staff, nice pool in beautiful garden.

Natalie BAUMANIS, Guest Experience & Brand Quality Manager is a great help during my stay. All of the employees are very friendly and kind. It opened only two months ago, so it's brand new. The food in restaurant is awesome and the price is very reasonable. It is located in the center of the city. It is very convenient for us to visit downtown and all the tourist attractions. It had very modernized room. Air conditioning is so powerful, the beds are so comfortable. There are so many outlets that I can charge my cell phone and all other electric devices. Amenities are in good quality. I highly recommend Novotel bkk. I definitely want to visit here next time. Thank you all Novotel!

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

โดยทั่วไปแล้วก็โอเคค่ะ ค่าห้อง 300 กว่าหยวนขึ้นไปเป็นวิวแม่น้ำโขง วิวกลางคืน พระอาทิตย์ขึ้น และถนนที่พลุกพล่านในตอนกลางวันล้วนสวยงามมาก แต่สภาพแวดล้อมในห้องแย่มากจริงๆว่ากันว่าเป็นห้องดีลักซ์แต่พอเข้าประตูก็รู้สึกได้เลยว่าแย่ยิ่งกว่าการตกแต่งอพาร์ทเมนต์สละโสดห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นเหมือนท่อน้ำทิ้งและคุณสามารถ ให้คลุมโถส้วมไว้เท่านั้น หัวฝักบัวก็หักด้วยและคุณต้องถือไว้ในมือเพื่ออาบน้ำ ที่นอนค่อนข้างนุ่มแต่ปลอกหมอนขาด ขอพูดถึงที่ตั้งของโรงแรมหน่อยนะครับ ตั้งอยู่ที่ ”Golden Street” ของไชน่าทาวน์ ถนนชั้นล่างจากโรงแรมเป็นถนนคนจีนทั้งหมด แต่ด้วยเหตุผลบางอย่าง มันให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนเป็นที่รวมตัวของไนต์คลับ ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยดีกว่า ติดพระราชวังให้ความรู้สึกท้องถิ่นและมีชีวิตชีวามากขึ้น หากคุณกำลังเดินทางไปกัมพูชาเพื่อสัมผัสวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น อย่าเลือกโรงแรมนี้ สุดท้ายนี้ขอชื่นชมบริกรที่แผนกต้อนรับทุกคนมีความรับผิดชอบดีมาก พวกเขาเก็บกระเป๋าของเราฟรีและช่วยเราจองอาหารค่ำ Kinin ขอบคุณ! สถานการณ์ข้างต้นมีไว้สำหรับการอ้างอิงของคุณเท่านั้น

I have nothing to complain about here. Good location, easy to access, the big square is at opposite, the environment is fresh and quiet. It's a pity that I don't have time to explore this area, because I like the hotel room so much that I don't want to go out. The room is spacious, it has a balcony overlooking beautiful large buildings. Friendly and cute staffs. Very worthy for the price. There is a daily mart, a souvernir shop and cafe shop near here, but the price aren't cheap
