I planned a romantic get away weekend and paid for a king sized bed for me and the missus in advance. Upon arrival, they just said "Oops, they over sold the rooms again, no King size bed BUT we'll give you a free upgrade and you can have 2 smaller beds...call Chris Head of Ops if you have a problem with it". There was no working # for Chris on the card they gave me for him. When I asked for an extra blanket, I recieved the infamous "brown blanket". It was completely crinkled, unfolded, a sand paper like texture, that actually was hard to unfold...it was stuck to itself and made like a velcro sounds as you peeled it apart...totally unusable...can't believe they still give this blanket to people. Otherwise, room was solid, employees were very nice and Chris was nice when I met him during check out.

The hotel has the perfect location within the historic district of Philadelphia. Walking distance to the Independence Hall and National Constitution Center.

Date of incident: December 7, 2025. I arrived with a paid reservation and confirmation under my name, and offered to provide my photo ID and payment card. The front desk refused to check me in. They told me to leave without giving any room or assistance, leaving me outside at night in cold weather with my partner. The way I was treated felt discriminatory because I was judged for my accent when I tried to explain my reservation. I showed proof of payment, ID, and confirmation number, yet they still refused service without any valid reason. I had to book another hotel the same night and received no service at all. Guests should not be denied service or treated differently based on language or how they speak. I do not recommend this hotel.

Front desk night person attitude is nasty

Clean and comfortable environment in the hotel. Unfortunately pool was on maintenance.

酒店距離獨立宮步行10分鐘，老城區步行10分鐘，唐人街步行15分鐘，市政廳步行20分鐘。温德姆是美國知名品牌酒店，性價比很高，所以住温德姆酒店，我們是知足常樂心態。而且正好遇到攜程給了優惠價格，先住再付錢，彼此信任，十分重要。謝謝攜程，謝謝供應商。

部屋や受付など全てがきれいでとても過ごしやすかった。また立地もよくて近くにコンビニがあったり駅近でもあった。

設施： 攜程客服説酒店內停車場告訴我可以收費停車停到退房後下午5點、但是前台員工不讓酒店客人停車。給張紙告訴附近哪有停車場、我已經上傳憑證了。第一次感覺被耍的這麼慘。主要是後來好多人都能進酒店停車場，我也跟着進去了，居然讓我開出來，就不讓停在酒店裡，交費不也讓住店的客人停車，不知道到底為什麼？？？ 服務： 前台一個小黑胖子、嘴裏一直叼着牙線，跟我説停車場不讓停、我説我行李已經拿下來了、幫我看着點、告訴我看不了、讓我自己去找停車場。告訴我幫忙不了，自己送房間、然後再去找停車場。我跟攜程打電話、告訴我上一邊説去、別在前台打電話、太吵。真的0.5分我都給多了。 衞生： 這是我美東18天最差、最老舊的酒店、衞生也不行，設施陳舊。 環境： 位置確實不錯、離獨立宮很近、周邊環境確實還行

Saya late check in sekitar jam 2 dini hari. Receptionist nya melayani nya dengan baik. Saya suka kamarnya karena saya di berikan 2 queen bed. Kamarnya sangat nyaman dengan pemandangan kota. Lokasinya strategis. Saya pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini lagi....

價格實惠，地段好，周邊都是歷史街區，好多玩的地方，離唐人街也不遠。給了我們一個比較安靜的房間。雖然酒店老了一點，但是還是非常可以的。

算是在美國的幾天裏住得比較舒適的酒店了，有泊車服務，衞生和酒店設施都不錯，總體性價比中上水平。

位置地力非常棒，離地鐵站非常近附近就是很有名的自由中還有一些很有名的博物館相當方便在老城區裡面走路走走到費城市政廳也非常的近找到Ridin Martin也是很近全程都用走的沒問題真的是很方便房間清潔又大住起來相當舒服
