Good hotel, very well located. Has a lot of little details that make it confortable and convenient to stay in it. Parking though is very expensive, despite the discount they offer.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and never stay here. When I went to check in they could not find my reservation (which I made through trip.com) and it look over 40 minutes to be able to check in. The hotel room was not clean and they require that you call the front desk every morning before 10:30 am to get your room cleaned which is ridiculous they should just ask you once at check in if you want your room cleaned. After my stay I was double charged for the room (which I had prepayed) and they have not been helpful on getting a refund so far, transferring me around and telling me they will call me back and not calling me back when they said they would. I have resorted to contacting my credit card company for a charge back. I would suggest paying a bit more and going to a nicer hotel in Philadelphia.

Excellent location. Very easy to walk anywhere. A bit of a small room but good for 1 or 2 people. Room is not sound proof at all, heard next door chit chatting late at night.

Very bad check in process, they couldn’t find our reservation saying that ******* did not “transfer “ the booking to the hotel website. They made me call ******* and I had to wait on hold , finally the hotel manager said they’ll give us the room since she could see i on ******* site as per her and she didn’t wanted us to wait longer. Very inconvenient and frustrating to go through this at 10-11 at night.

Excellent locaton - walk to anyway in city center. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, and lots of shopping too. The area is very safe during the day, though at night it can feel a little quiet. Definitely recommended.

Staff was great. House keeping was vacuuming at 7a on a Saturday morning! Very disruptive after a long day of traveling previously

The property was clean and affordable. The location was great for the downtown area but will be a good walk to the historic (tourist) area

Staff was friendly. Lobby was a great place to hang... Coffee makers and water centers were a plus. Clean no thrills room. Bed was comfortable. Location is great. Parking is what you'd expect from a big city. Expensive... But close to hotel. Overall a good experience. We would stay again for the price.
