Unfortunately, due to the blizzard in New York, Amtrak canceled the train tickets we had booked to Philadelphia, forcing us to cancel our travel plans for Philadelphia. For this reason, I negotiated with your side through the booking platform to cancel this hotel reservation, but your side refused. I cannot understand this. We have now completed our trip to the United States and returned to China, and this matter has been a small regret for my wife and me during this journey.

スタッフ最悪

地理位置開會很方便，就是實在太小了。

It’s just as the other reviews, excellent location, nice and helpful staff and great rates. We could walk to the convention center and to Independence Hall area. 5 min walk to the subway stop too. Breakfast was great and nice and quiet guests staying there.

Nice welcome by staff. Building is old but room was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was nice. Great location.

Great staff very friendly and helpful. The building is older so floors need some work. Great location

I stayed there for one night. The location was fine for the price, but the place itself was quite poor. It definitely needs a full renovation - everything feels very old and run down. I wouldn't stay again until it's updated.

The cleanliness is terrible, the smell in the room is unbearable, and the noise from the air conditioner keeps you from sleeping. The front desk staff think you're staying there without paying.
