Full bathroom with ceramic designs, powerful shower pressure and toilet. We also offer an in-unit washer/dryer, WIFI and ceiling fan. A great place for 1-2 people looking to settle in for good weeks stay or a longer time in Philly. We have a pool and deck area for guest only. The view of the city and sunset or sunrise can be truly enjoyed from here enjoy the rooftop. 1. Dryer Maintenance: Empty the top compartment regularly to ensure optimal heating. 2. Motorized Shades: Use the square image on the light switch plate to control the shades in the main room area. 3. Setting the Thermostat: When you're away, set the wall thermostat to "AWAY". 4.
