one of hotel counter is kind but other girl very bad attitude i request the room change in first date only within 1 hour. but denied. and i got a reservation earlier but they gave us the lowest floor. i don't understand

Booked 2 days. 2 paxs & 3 paxs respectively on each day. For hotel in USA, remember to bring your own bedroom slippers. Slippers is not provided in this hotel as well. Floor is sticky and dirty too. Front desk service is friendly. However, the housekeeper once open our door to check the room is occupied or not. I think their computer system is down again.

4 people were staying, but they only gave me 2 towels and didn't answer the phone. I had to go down and wait to get more towels. There was also a problem with the toilet, but it was not repaired, so it was very uncomfortable.

The bar man named Kelvin in lobby bar, he did double charge our bill , he asked us that he need to keep our visa card for deposit with no charge ,we paid for cash that night and also we found that he also charged our visa card when we reached home and we called the hotel to solve this problem ,even we asked Trip centre to help but omg no body can solve it ! okay for donation ！

The location was very nice. But they didn't seem to have enough staff. We had to wait more than 20 minutes to leave our luggage.

酒店在市政廳附近，很多景點都是步行可達。 酒店挺新的，大堂位於二樓。房間挺大，設計和佈局非常商務和新潮，布草挺新挺乾淨，酒店員工也很友好。 周邊餐飲選擇挺多的，意大利餐廳中，一個街區之外的Alice值得一試，冰淇淋很美味，切片稱重的披薩料足味美，很推薦。

這家酒店的位置非常好，出門就正對着市政廳，走幾步就到了。酒店的房間也挺好的，同行的朋友都驚訝於這麼優惠的價格居然能訂到位置如此優越的酒店，性價比真是太高啦！費城老城區不大，基本上都可以步行前往，除了賓大的博物館。其實我對費城的印象還挺好的，衹要不去太偏僻的地方，白天去各景點還是很好逛的，吃飯的地方也是步行可以到達，老城區的小別墅都很漂亮，塗鴉也挺好看的。入住第二天剛好遇到費城的十英里跑，一大早就熱鬧起來，男女老少參與的熱情都非常高，不管是參賽的跑者還是加油的志願者，大家都激情滿滿，熱鬧了一上午，快到中午時才結束。整個老城區到處都能看到警察和安保人員，安全感拉滿。唯一美中不足的地方是酒店的服務稍差，我們想多要一床毯子，給前台打了兩次電話，最後親自去前台要了一次，最終也沒有給送來。

位置方便，離市政廳幾步距離。出門就是地鐵站，當然費城不大，打uber也不特別貴。酒店性價比很高。房間燈光稍微暗了一點。

房間很大，也比較安靜，我們的房間樓層有點低，一進去温度很低，把空調調高了就好很多了，入住不需要按金，check in/out很絲滑
