"This is a beautiful hotel with the most lovely, helpful staff. We could not have asked for a better stay. The hotel is furnished like a French country home with large comfortable sitting rooms and beautiful grounds. The proprietor helped us identify the best hikes and other activities. The staff even helped with a jump when our car battery died! All of the food we enjoyed was fresh and delicious and we loved the afternoon tea set up when we came in from a long hike. This location was also perfect for us to enable us to enjoy the beautiful mountains and still get into Petropolis for the historical part of our experience."

"Absolutely charming hotel in the mountains. Everything is nice, homely, cozy. Fully corresponds to the photo on the site. The chalets are spacious, there is a fireplace. In general - a very atmospheric place. Breakfast is normal."
