A fabulous stay from start to finish, the hotel is so welcoming and I loved the way it is tucked in on a beautiful side street off the main street. The reception staff were super helpful and printed a document for me with no fuss and booked taxis etc. The breakfast server was super kind and makes a fabulous home made cake, truly a special stay. My room looked out over the courtyard and I slept so well for the 4 nights I stayed. Highly recommend, I hope to return. (Also a lovely terrace on the top floor and a beautiful salon with pretty furniture and painted walls available to guests)

Il posto si trova situato in una zona industriale fuori Perugia a 15 minuti dal centro storico,ci si arriva facilmente con la macchina La stanza molto grande e pulita La piscina piccola de dovesse ospitare tutti gli ospiti in struttura però carina nel contesto Parcheggio per la macchina comodo Sala colazione con vista sull’esterno con colazione nella media Personale della struttura cordiale Prezzo della stanza un po’ eccessivo per la posizione della struttura che non offre viste particolari Il frigo bar nella stanza provvisto di poche cose che nonostante la cifra importante della camera devono essere pagate apparte Se si vuole andare a Perugia a questo prezzo ci si può guardare intorno.

This review is actually difficult to write. The property itself is located at a beautiful location. With that being said, the staff are not genuine and do not enforce ”rules” consistently nor with any rhyme or reason. For instance we went down to the spa area to get a tour of what we could experience. We were not wearing the issued spa shoes, so we were not given a tour. Not even offered to use some spa shoes due to ours being in our room. Yet when we were in the spa for a pool visit, we saw no less than 3 couples being shown around wearing regular street shoes. Also people are not supposed to be talking on their phones or listening to audible music. At least two guests were when we were at the pool. Overall the spa is severely overpriced and overly hyped. Quite frankly it's not impressive. Along the lines of rules, men are are supposed to wear pants in the restaurant at dinner, yet I saw men wearing shorts. Also once again people were chatting on their phones. The breakfast was good, but dinner was a huge disappointment. We ate dinner twice. The food was indeed presented well. But the taste was lacking. During a four course dinner, my appetizer of fried cod was essentially room temperature as if it was cooked 10-15 min earlier. It was not of good quality taste either. The rest of my ”hot” food for the 1st and 2nd courses were also NOT hot. My ravioli were warm at best. For my 2nd course only part of my pork dish was actually hot. And staff NEVER checked to see if the food was prepared properly or to your liking. My wife's one course was barely touched, not a single question was asked. Also we weren't even offered a wine list! we were shocked!!!!!!!!! The portion sizes are extremely small and over priced. One morning there was NO hot water. Called the front desk, they had someone to find what the problem was. Once it was fixed about 90 minutes later, they never called us to let us know. For the price we paid for the room ,they could've at least called us to let us know we had hot water again. They charge a flat fee of 30 Euros to charge an electric car each time. Our rental car was a plug in hybrid that had a small battery which could charge rather quickly. There was a language barrier. I was under the impression the fee to use the charger would be only 30 euros for our entire stay due to the battery not being for a fully electric car. That is not the case. Even for a fully electric vehicle, paying 30 euros is way too pricey. Depending where your room is located you have a long walk up or down ad very long walkway that is NOT level. IT's actually on a fairly steep incline/decline. Upon checkout they sent the person to help load bags to the wrong part of the hotel two times. I will discuss the staff last. The staff here pretends to act friendly. They seem very uptight and not at all genuine. Our entire stay here we did not feel like we could relax. Da premettere che era da tempo che volevo provare quest'hotel,invogliato dall'offerta su Groupon,che poi non ho potuto acquistare direttamente dal sito,ma bensì dall'hotel stesso, quindi a prezzo pieno. Location: situato in zona molto periferica e l'esterno è molto freddo. Reception: altrettanto freddi e mai con un sorriso (cosa essenziale per un turista)... sembra,quasi,che ti stiano facendo un favore!!! Essenziali e coincisi nelle informazioni. Camera: sufficientemente pulita,ma con mobili non da quattro stelle(più da tre stelle). Bagno con vasca senza tenda e senza un tappetino dove è facile scivolare. Per non parlare del materasso: durissimo,tanto da farmi male la schiena tutta la notte e, quindi,tutta la giornata! Piscina:passabile,ma non grandissima e con un solo spazio piccolo per l'idromassaggio. Ristorante: abbiamo mangiato una sola volta e,devo dire,anche bene(consiglio la pasta fresca con asparagi e guanciale 😋). Colazione: ci sono abbastanza prodotti sia dolci che salati e la simpatia delle due signore è unica.....almeno loro(e i camerieri del ristorante)sempre col sorriso. Esperienza,infine,che non ripeterei in linea di massima. Mi spiace 🤷
