The 2 stars given are for the location, however this is about all I can think of positive. No kettle, tea/coffee in the rooms and an awful smell of drains throughout the hotel especially noticeable when you vacate the lifts to enter your floor! Furniture in dining area is very dated , coffee machine at breakfast service was old and gave chocolate instead of cappuccino, informed staff but did nothing.. We stayed with another couple and would have liked to have enjoyed a drink in the lounge together but it was non existent as the furniture was not comfortable and the bar was never opened. Though due to the smell of drains we didn’t wish to spend too much time in there. There was a basket of croissants on the reception desk to help yourself, unwrapped! I suspect the leftovers from breakfast, however the hygiene aspect of this leaves a lot to be desired! To summarise this hotel is not a 4 star, very dated and needs much attention to bring it up to standard. We would not stay here again.

We had 2 rooms, not really any upgrade available as IHG platinum. Rooms were good and serviceable, however, the breakfast at 18 Euro was very expensive for how mediocre it was. It was really disappointing and the worst breakfast (and most expensive) we had in our whole trip. Front desk staff was very friendly.
We really liked this hotel; it’s right on the ocean. We paid extra for a room with a balcony overlooking the sea, and it was worth it! The staff was very friendly and helpful – especially Camille at the front desk. The room was bright and a decent size. It was quite clean and had two comfy chairs as well as a mini-fridge and coffee/tea-making equipment. There was a goofy bathroom set up with the toilet in a separate room and only a half wall in the shower. Breakfast was overpriced, so we ate elsewhere – there are lots of options. There were several English-language TV channels. There were quite a few good restaurants within walking distance, including the one right next door to the hotel, O’Cosy Gourmand, which is run by some hotel employees. We’d definitely return here.

Vraiment très bien, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
A very nice experience for a stopover on the way north from Spain. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Autoroute exit, for a stopover on the way north or south. Reception was very friendly indeed, and the room nice and clean, with a good bathroom and a separate WC. There is a nice garden with a small poll, which is close to the restaurant and more like a plunge pool, than a swimming pool for families. The restaurant is very good, run by a friendly team and we had a very nice dinner. It was very hot that night, so open glass panels fronting the pool could have been closed and AirCo switched on, but that is a detail. Breakfast was very o.k. as well. We will visit again when coming along that route again.
TTheWholeTruthESBooked it last minute for a Saturday overnight when nothin similar was available on the Spanish side for miles. I was extremely lucky. Hotel is near all the other chain hotels in a huge commercial area, with entertainment and dining options galore. Excellent no thrill reception and breakfast and a quiet night sleep. Deliveroo and Uber Eats deliver meals to the room. Reasonable pricing too. 82 euros with breakfast for a single room off season. Parking in rather limited quantities is available inside a fenced property. Hotel does not have 24 hour reception. For the price and range of establishments it is a step up from Ibis definitely.
I achieved my dream to stay in beautiful Perpignan by visiting this hotel! The staff were very French and very friendly. The room was great too with a balcony outside. However the distance you had to travel to get into town was about three miles. It did have an outside swimming pool. Because it was an enjoyable stay in this loveable town surrounded by the Pyrenees mountains I didn't complain about the wardrobe door that didn't shut and electrical sockets that came out the wall! This is not a touristy area but full of genuine and humble French people. Everything is cheap including restaurants etc... Loved it!
