This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. So dirty, mattresses laying up against the wall (?? Apparently this is normal) and while we were trying to get our money back, some lady who lives there took her dogs out to come poop super close to our car.

This property is shabby, rundown & felt unsafe. Will never stay there again & advise travellers to steer clear of it.

I am surprised that Windham has put their stamp on this hotel. We had a king bed in our room with no sheets. They used a duvet cover as a bottom sheet. When we asked for sheets on our bed we were told they do not havd king size sheets.
The coffe maker was missing the basket to make coffee and we were told they didn't have any baskets.
We attended the office for ice and were given a 7 oz cup of ice.
The pool was not open and appeared to have not been used for years. Empty with sanding equipment, etc. I it.
The staiway and outside access to the rooms was filthy!
This is absolutely the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and if we had been able to find another hotel we would have left!

Only issue was the bathroom had just been repaired by the looks of the water pipes but there was no cold water, only warm/hot

This site is in terrible condition and so dirty. I've stayed in many Motel 8's, so never had a problem booking a stay, but this might change my mind. I'm sure there must be some sort of inspection protocol to determine if a site can qualify as a Motel 8. Unfortunately there was a cycling event in town and we were not able to change hotels, otherwise we would have. The noise from the a/c is unbearable. You turn that off and then the noise from the people sitting outside drinking and the traffic is too loud. Worst night ever! I hope the owners can do something about the state of the property.

It was difficult to turn on the TV. The door lock beeped if it wasn't locked fully. There was nowhere to hang or put clothing, etc. The door to our room was difficult to open and close, and very noisy when opening or closing.

The property’s business license was lapsed. The room we booked was not assigned so they had to give us another one that was pet friendly. The room had wires hanging from the TV, no pictures on the wall and the pool outdoors was empty except for a 6 inches if dirty water. We did not stay and the desk clerk was willing to not charge us anything. The pictures shown on ******* completely misrepresented this property.
