Our family reserved 2 rooms. The first room was ok but the a/c didn't work well. It wasn't very cool. Yhe second room had wet carpet with a blower/dryer. It smelled musty. Due to a child being highly allergic to mold, I requested another room. The 3rd room they gave us hadn't been cleaned yet. We were given a 4th room and was great. The breakfast had a lot of options, but they ran out of almost everything. The hotel is older but it's been remodeled. It could be good, but I think they need to work on their management. These were all issues that could easily be resolved to make it a better experience.

Ants, Ants, and Ants. Constantly finding any on the bathroom sink. Toilet sometimes would not flush and other times wi just kept running. Had to take the top off the tank numerous times to make it stop flushing.

Customer service was on point, shout out to Heather& Stephanie, carpet in the hall way and room needs to be cganged or cleaned because it has a very high musty smell. Room was cozy and clean but bath tub area was not very clean plus there was mold behind the soap and conditioner rack on the wall. Overall the stay was an ok stay. The breakfast was not all that , felt like it was the frozen breakfast meals that they used, after trying once out of my 4 day stay, to just get food else where. They just need to improve on cleanliness and maybe some different healthy breakfast options after all breakfast is the first meal of the day and set the tone for the first half of the way.

The Manager,Quinto Perichon, that greeted us was exceptionally welcoming and extremely informative about the hotel's amenities. I will always book at this location in the future because if the attentiveness of the entire staff and their proficiency of excellent service.

The facility and the room looked very poor maintained, room smelled funky, you could smell and feel humidity, cabinet in the bathroom looked all damaged and wouldn’t close properly. Room and bathroom were not cleaned up well. Sheets and covers were stained. Would not stay at this property again.

Average hotel. Worked great for what we were doing. Stayed there to watch a show at Boca Black box. Close to shopping and food.

I knew we were arriving very late and I called 13 times over the course of 4 hours and they just let the phone ring off the hook. Also the complimentary breakfast was disappointing to my family

Reserved 2 queen bed room. At registration the guy at the desk appeared new want sure how to work computer to search reservation, so what seemed to be a manager came out of the back and helped him. There was nobody else in line and took about 25 minutes to get room key, also on the paperwork it said 2 double beds. I let him know double beds are smaller than queens and the manager said not in hotels they are the same. Now i carry a tape measure in my truck i checked 54", the next night stayed at different hotel with queen beds measured and sure enough 60". Just supply the service that was paid for, don't make up info just to get someone to quit talking. Disappointing stay.
