ผผู้เข้าพักThe staff were incredibly nice and polite throughout our stay. The floors and surroundings were very clean and well-maintained, which made the place feel even more comfortable. And the sunset view? Absolutely magical such a beautiful and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!
However, I was very disappointed with the Trip.com booking and refund process. I originally booked two rooms, but one of the rooms was suddenly cancelled by the hotel and trip.com. It has already been 7 days, and I still haven’t received any update regarding my refund and its hard to contact them . What made it more frustrating is that the cancellation was not on my end — they were the ones who cancelled the booking, yet the refund process is taking far too long.
Because of this issue, I had to urgently look for another hotel and make another payment to cover our stay. I hope Trip.com and the hotel improve their room availability updates and customer service to avoid this kind of hassle for future guests.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe had the premier family suite and it fit all 5 of us comfortably. The hotel itself was beautiful. Just like the pictures show. An infinity pool overlooking the ocean with easy access to the beach. The restaurant was also very nice, though I wish they had closed the windows and used air conditioning as it was too hot, even with the ocean breeze. My only complaint is that the air conditioner in the room is set automatically to a min of 23 degrees and could not be set cooler. Their explanation was that it was centralized but I don’t think there was a need for that. I was hoping it would be cooler.

But you need to wash your bum with dipper because the bidet spray is connected to the shower but all in its nice to stay here in travelite express la union.😁 the staffs are friendy.When your using the elevator going up the staff need beep a card to use the elevator but going down no need. 🫠

KKeith VincentOur recent stay at Maritoni Bali Suites and Villas in Bauang, La Union, was nothing short of delightful. The property is impeccably clean, and it’s clear that the management prioritizes maintaining a pristine environment for their guests. The room we stayed in was spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing more than enough comfort for a relaxing getaway. It was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, from a well-stocked minibar to quality toiletries, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
What stood out most was the peaceful ambiance of the place, perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The pool was well-maintained and added to the serene vibe, making it a favorite spot during our stay. On top of that, the internet connection was surprisingly strong, which was a huge plus for us as we needed to stay connected for work. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive, always ready with a smile to assist guests.
A special shout-out goes to Irene, one of the staff members, whose proactive and kind demeanor truly made our stay memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which left a lasting impression. Overall, Maritoni Bali Suites and Villas offers excellent value for money, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in La Union.

It combines the best of a beautiful and wide natural beach with a combination of pools that will satisfy each member of the family. My only gripe is that the waste bins are too small and some toilet stalls are too tight, i.e. the door is too near the edge, which can be difficult for taller guests. Service is excellent. Congratulations to management and staff!

ผผู้เข้าพักOn the positive side, Monliza Surf Resort is in a perfect location for those there to surf. My balcony directly overlooked Mona Liza break. The fresh water shower available as you leave the beach is a nice perk. The staff is also very approachable and helpful.
On the negative side, the hotel is very outdated and in need of a facelift. There are broken tiles In the bedroom and bathroom, threadbare sheets/towels, and the Wi-Fi is very inconsistent. Having said that, the price is reasonable for the fantastic location!

TTricia karylWe had a pleasant stay overall. The place was clean, the staff was accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the nearby attractions. There are a few areas that could be improved, but nothing that significantly affected our stay. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, and we’d consider coming back in the future.
