Everyone was friendly. The park is very run down and in need of a make over. Its very old and just tired. When we were there it was like gods waiting room for grey nomads. The room was not clean so a deep clean was badly needed. Other than that no complaints.

Booked late, room was ready for arrival. Very easy to find, good communication. Specifically asked for a quiet room but was placed downstairs, despite the motel being fairly quiet. We could hear everything happening in the room upstairs, heavy foot traffic, door opening and closing. This happened all night and then they were awake at 5am. Zero soundproofing in my room that's for sure so our sleep was poor. The rooms are dated, horrible bright white lights, would be great if they had warm white lights.

Nice Kiwi motel. Actually I really appreciated it because it was super clean. Quite tidy, very good hot shower and nice location by the river with an easy 10 min walk to town. Comfortable bed, very clean sheets & bedding. TV was a bit old & limited channels but no time for watching TV. Would definitely stay again.
