Booked for King Deluxe but when checking in was given the twin bed room and when asked then only informed all the King sized bed room were given to other premium customers. If it's overbooked for certain room type, it could be better to apologise and asked for understanding rather than just telling us to accept since other premium customer have taken the room. I love Promenade Hotel group and always been staying wherever I go and this is the first time I feel shocked with this kind of experience.

As a pregnant lady, I preferred a comfortable stay and convenient one. Athome Boutique Hotel have my support and heart for sure. Will choose this hotel for another stay . Thanks Athome ✨

The reception was nice and we loved the basement parking. The room was alright, but I specifically asked for quiet room away from the lift. Instead I was given the room right next to the lift. We can hear people getting off the lift and going to their room, with their luggag rolling. Our room faced the main room and is very noisy. Their pillows suck big time and we didn't get very good sleep here. The breakfast is alright and there is a small gym.

Introduced by a friend, I was surprised that this hotel is clean and tidy. I am very particular with toilet cleanliness but this hotel really met my requirements. Simple but comfortable. If i come back again to Bintulu, I will stay here again. Front desk staff are also nice.

The lift needs repair, every time use it gotta standby stand n hold something baik baik when it arrived floor. Air very very small on second night stay

Overall is good, parking place easy to access, going to shopping mall or beach by self driving is about 5 to 10 minutes only. enjoying 2 nights sleep very well, just the toilet ventilation fan got a bit noisy sound sometime while switch on.

The hotel lobby is big and beautiful. The room need upgrade. The breakfast is just simple breakfast, not recommend to add on. They have promotion for lunch buffet (rm10 for adults and rm5 for children). You get what you paid. The swimming pool is big but the kids pool is close.
