Great stay with excellent hospitality. Though it is a little far from the main attraction of Har Ki Pauri, it is manageable if you have a car because the property is located in a peaceful area away from the crowd. The main highlight was the restaurant , the food was delicious, and the staff was very courteous and welcoming.

My stay at Forest Hill was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The rooms were remarkably spacious and spotlessly clean. The food was also outstanding, with a wide variety of options. Parking is also available , a definite plus for those with personal vehicles. The hotel's location, while slightly removed from the main city, offered a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, and Har Ki Pauri is easily reachable with a quick 10-minute e-rickshaw ride. Good experience with the reception, and check in, however for the price they are (or mmt) charging the basic rooms are too small. Thankfully, the manager upgraded the room for my parents which was spacious. Cleanliness is good, services are good. Just a little overpriced for the size of rooms.

Overall the hotel is good in this price range. The rooftop restaurant is excellent with tasty food and vibe at night. We stayed in 2 rooms wherein 1 room was having a bad smell. The morning buffet is average and thus can be skipped. From the hotel it takes roughly around 15-20 mins to reach to the Har ki Pauri

Property location is great as it is located in the well silent and calm location near the ganga river and quite close to the city as well. The room was well maintained and clean. The bed is also comfortable and perfect king sized.

I stayed here as a solo traveller from Japan. The room was large and clean, and the staff were very kind. After dinner, I said it was delicious but a little spicy, and they gave me some sugar. You can enjoy your meal on the clean balcony with a great view. Of course, there was a clean toilet and a hot shower. All staff is helpful! Thank you Wonder Hills Hotel in Haridwar. Very nice people, helpful and professional. Toilet flush was not working for the duration of the stay, neither was the hot water for shower, even though the staff went beyond to fix, it was unpleasant. I chose this hotel because of the positive reviews. But I was disappointed considering the price I paid.

Swimming pool is not clean enough, Gym smells. Restaurant coffee machines had some problem on the evening on 13 May and staff said they can’t serve coffee. On 14 morning I went for breakfast and expected nice espresso coffee at breakfast but staff approached to me and told me that same things as 13 evening that machines still can’t work. How come you run a hotel and machine is not fixed in 14 hours ? But hotel has nice espresso coffee if machine works …!
