ผผู้เข้าพักWe stayed at their suite for 2 nights. Absolutely worth every penny we paid. Very large room with a small kitchen enough to cook a light meal for a small family. Beds are comfy. Location is quiet. We drove around the city so cannot comment on public transport. They have a carpark in the building. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast room are both up to par. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend, and we plan to try out other hotels in the same brand in the future!

ผผู้เข้าพักI was very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we encountered a few not very friendly staff at the reception. They didn’t do anything in particular that we would consider rude - but they just had a cold attitude. Some of their staff seem to have treated other guests a little differently for instance walking them to the lift and giving them more information about the hotel. This really impacted our experience at the hotel. However, I must say many of their staff were amazing, just a handful that were very cold and dismissive and this is not the level of hospitality you would expect from such a renowned hotel.
The room also looked and felt quite different than what is shown on trip.com and their official website.
I would still highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Lyon!

AAng_ieOur stay at Hotel Beau Rivage felt like a quiet pause along the journey. It’s the kind of place where you slow down without trying, simply because of where you are.
The location is truly lovely—surrounded by nature, with greenery all around. It immediately felt peaceful, almost grounding, as if the hotel blends naturally into its surroundings rather than standing apart from them.
One of the highlights was the view over the Rhône River. Watching the water flow by added a gentle rhythm to our stay, whether in the soft morning light or later in the day as everything settled into evening. It’s the sort of view that makes you linger a little longer, even if you’re just passing through.
As a stopover location, the hotel worked perfectly. It was convenient, easy to access, and restful—exactly what you hope for when breaking up a longer journey.
Hotel Beau Rivage didn’t need to do much to impress. The natural setting, the river views, and its ease as a stopover made it a calm and memorable place to rest before moving on.

ผผู้เข้าพักสิ่งที่ฉันชอบที่สุดเกี่ยวกับโรงแรมคือผ้าเช็ดตัวนุ่มและอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำก็ดีเช่นกัน! และทิวทัศน์นี้ตอนหกโมงเช้า! เพราะใช้ม่านทึบแสงไม่เป็นและจำเป็นต้องปรับม่านจึงไม่สามารถบังแสงได้ โดยพื้นฐานแล้วฉันคิดว่าพรมค่อนข้างเก่าแม้ว่าจะไม่มีกลิ่นในห้อง แต่ทางเดิน ประตูและพรมล้วนเป็นสไตล์เก่า การเข้าพักของฉันก็ไม่ค่อยสบายเท่าไหร่ มืดมนนิดหน่อย บริกรเป็นคนดีมาก! มินิบาร์ฟรีและมีบริการรูมเซอร์วิสตลอด 14 ชั่วโมง จึงไม่เหมาะสำหรับการพักระยะยาว

ผผู้เข้าพักI love this hotel. Take some walk you can get to metro station then visit many places! Vieux lyon , Fourviere, the halle de Lyon , parc de tete d'or . There are everything you need , microwave, TV water boiler, refrigerator, hangers, a cabin for cups ,plates , and cooking stove . This is the hotel I have seen that offers most for the customers !impressive
The only point I could pick is that it is not 24 hours reception. When I got there ,it already evening 10pm. I can only contact by phone and follow the instructions by calling
But the problem is I couldn't call when I don't have roaming nor French Sim card . This is quite nervous for me... i even not good at english numbering ,so if you couldn't really speak english nor french . Please be careful not to check in out of working hour ( it would be better if there is more urgent contact way )or maybe this is my problem....
Luckily I met a realllly kind customer, who helped me make the call and solve the check in problemwith me . Without him ,i can't imagine what would happen I mean .I really appreciate him (not sure if he would see this )also this kind gesture create a great impression to this trip !

BBruno UA seulement 15 minutes du métro d'Oullins, cet hôtel est facile d'accès. Un accueil souriant et rapide m'a permis de récupérer rapidement mes clés.
Le logement est fonctionnel, propre et de taille assez grand pour une personne.
Bien que situé à côté de l'autoroute, l'isolation de la chambre est efficace.
Un seul bémol, la climatisation réversible fonctionne difficilement et ne chauffe pas trop la pièce.
