Prime location as it is so close to the airport bus station and old town. Very bright and clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that disappointed us was the smell of the toilet as we could smell the bad smells from pipes from time to time, otherwise it was great probably the best European hotel i have been to ever.

Poor location and average level of services (whilst the room rate has nearly doubled in the last 7 years) ; the only advantage is the rooftop pool but considering the rates these days for the level of service and amenities (you have to beg to get a few coffee sachets in the room, no water bottle etc.), I won't go back.

Le séjour c bien passé. Le personnel est agréable malgré quelque difficulté pour la compréhension avec le français . La nourriture moyenne , manque de précision pour description des plats. Grosse déception pour la préparation du petit déjeuner à emporter le matin de notre départ ou nous avions précisé un menu sans viande et nous avons découvert un sandwich au jambon une boîte de pâté et un boîte de thon 🤣🤣🤣 oui oui Thon pâté jambon quand on demande un petit déj végétarien y'a de koi pt un câble en découvrant ça !!!

Great location. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The good : It’s very central. It has the hotel parking, even though that car park is quite small, if it’s full there’s a public car park next door. The room itself is spacious, decent shower, beds fairly comfortable. The bad. : the AC. We arrived in the room, it was 30 degrees outside. We changed and left our AC on whilst we went out for dinner. When we came back the room was like a sauna. I went down to reception and the woman said “ah I can turn it on from here”. So clearly they have some sort of energy saving policy, but come on, it’s 30 degrees outside. The room did get a fraction cooler but I woke up in the night and the light was flashing on the AC where they must’ve turned it off again, and our room back to being boiling. And also the actual AC fans were only circulating “cooler” air up high on the roof and never felt like the air actually reached us on the bed. Heat rises, our room was too hot to begin with. Because of this I won’t stay here again.

Everything was overall nice, though a bit pricey, perhaps because of the holidays. The reception works 24/7, which is very convenient. The location is great, just a short walk from the central beach. For about $11.50 you can get a buffet breakfast, which is really good value. The room itself was rather small for the price, but generally fine. Most of the food is served in the restaurant around the corner, which has a lovely view of the church. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

ห้องพักกว้างขวางมาก ตกแต่งในสไตล์หรูหราแต่ทันสมัย เตียงนอนสบายมากและฉันนอนหลับสบายทุกคืน วิวทะเลจากระเบียงทำให้สดชื่นยิ่งขึ้น การตื่นมาเห็นทะเลกว้างสุดสายตาทุกเช้าเป็นกิจกรรมที่ฉันชื่นชอบที่สุด การบริการของโรงแรมนั้นไร้ที่ติ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นแผนกต้อนรับหรือแม่บ้าน พนักงานทุกคนเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ฉันต้องการผ้าเช็ดตัวและเครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ำเพิ่มสองสามครั้ง และของเหล่านั้นก็ถูกส่งไปที่ห้องอย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพมาก

Всегда, когда мы ездим в Аликанте, останавливаемся в отеле Мелиа Аликанте. Нам очень нравится этот отель. Шикарное расположение, первая линия моря. Просторные, чистые  номера. Очень удобные кровати с подушками. Вкусный завтрак. Приветливый персонал. Всем рекомендую этот отель. Всегда хочется возвращаться в этот отель.

alicante的酒店價格上漲了不少，nh已經算是相對便利的城中酒店。服務ok，房間設施稍微有些老舊，給了靠環島的房間，噪音還是有點大。如果作為中轉住宿，還是比較優秀的，邊上的超市週日也開門，uber也可以訂到附近的中餐外賣

Worst hotel I have stayed in. The breakfast is served at 8am, which is very inconvenient, given all hotels usually serve breakfast from around 6-6.30am till 10am. I was there for business and had to miss breakfast as need to be in the office at 8am. Was not offered alternative even though I paid for breakfast. Hotel amenities are vary basic, everything looks old and outdated, curtains do not close.

ราคาดี สถานที่สะอาด ทําเลดี รองรับมาก ปัญหาเดียวที่เราพบคือพนักงานโรงอาหารไม่พูดภาษาอังกฤษและเราเลือกเป็นอาหารบุฟเฟ่ต์ในบางครั้งและสั่งจากเมนูและเวลาดังนั้นด้วยอุปสรรคทางภาษามันทําให้สิ่งต่าง ๆ ยาก หากมีบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้า อาหารกลางวัน และอาหารเย็นทั้งหมด สถานที่แห่งนี้เหมาะสําหรับการพักผ่อนและเข้าพัก แม้ว่าพนักงานจะสุภาพและเป็นมิตร
