酒店評價 8月份就在計劃9月份的旅行，在看格爾木酒店的時候，本來想着想訂新開業的酒店，沒有考慮黃河國際。但後來發現黃河國際的評價都特別好，抱着試一試的心態就訂了這個酒店，結果非常驚喜，還沒有到格爾木，就收到了前台小姐姐温柔的電話，詢問了入住的一些需求，非常的貼心給我們安排好了房間，特別驚喜。到達之前管家又添加了微信，有什麼事情都可以通過微信聯繫，還給我們安排了接站的小哥哥，也非常好。還沒有到達就給我們打電話，告訴我們接站的地點，出站以後，又怕我們找不到，給我們有詳細的指路，然後主動搬行李，到達酒店以後，門口的叔叔第一時間上來拿行李，這點真的很加分，搬行李的酒店就是最棒的！進入酒店，馬上有前台工作人員為我們辦理入住，給我們辦理入住的是一位男性工作人員，很可惜，沒有看他的名字。因為我之前有快遞到，他又幫我去把快遞取了，給我們辦完入住，竟然有阿姨們給我們把行李送到樓上。房間衞生非常好，保養也很好，絲毫沒有老舊痕跡。房間裏面有供氧，有加濕器，而且所有能想到的東西都有，包括即熱式飲水機，這個在很多高檔酒店都沒有，而且我們後來晚上出來吃東西，工作人員也十分熱情地給我們指路。吃完晚餐回到酒店，因為我手裡拿了一個垃圾袋，大堂的阿姨見到以後，立馬迅速接過垃圾袋幫我去扔。這種迅速又主動的服務態度，真的讓人很吃驚，因為第二天去可可西里回來比較晚，管家在詢問我們有什麼需求以後，知道我們還沒有吃晚餐，又給我們預留了夜宵，貼心又主動。我們晚上飢腸轆轆地到酒店以後，一位男性工作人員給我們送來了熱騰騰的夜宵，還貼心的提醒，用餐完畢再來收。雖然衹住了兩晚，但是非常的舒心。早上退房的時候，大堂的阿姨們看到我們從電梯出來，立馬接過行李幫我們放到車上。這種主動的服務意識真的讓我們很驚歎。而且還要特別表揚的是，酒店的早餐非常豐盛，也非常好吃，每天早上都吃得飽飽的。最後，請讓我感謝一下此行的為我們服務的所有人員，包括知道名字的玉科管家，還有不知道名字的接站小哥，前台工作人員，大堂的阿姨，叔叔，餐廳的工作人員，謝謝你們，讓格爾木之行無比難忘。

โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสนามบินประมาณ 20 นาทีโดยรถยนต์ และเดินจากสถานี Golmud เพียง 15 นาที เดินเพียง 10-15 นาทีก็จะถึงย่าน Dry Wharf ซึ่งมีบาร์และบาร์บีคิว รวมถึงห้างสรรพสินค้า Shibang City Plaza โรงแรมตกแต่งในสไตล์ Atour ทั่วไป ห้องพักเงียบสงบ เตียงและหมอนนุ่มสบาย และห้องอาบน้ำก็กว้างขวาง

The hotel is a little out of place to be honest. It’s very close to 水上雅丹 but this attraction is not open to foreigners. This hotel has 司机房 for free (for those who has a driver). However, my family and I never NEVER regret staying at this hotel even though the driver mention that it’s out of place and he has to go longer way to Dunhuang. The sky was clear and we were able to see stars (really a lot of stars) and also sunrise and sunset. One thing to share would be HAHA We are a family of 4. Only the first person who showered has hot water. The rest of us showered in cold water. There is a signage saying that the hot water will come again 20 mins after the first person showered but the hot water didn’t come. However, it’s not a big factor and we totally understand because it’s in a middle of desert!! We are luckily to even have water to shower in the first place. Our driver shared with us that this area doesn’t have water pipes so we are really luckily that this hotel does supply water.

Hilton Golmud was a comfortable and welcome stop during our long journey through Qinghai. As a halfway point between destinations, it provided a much-needed opportunity to rest and recharge. The hotel feels more like a business hotel, with comfortable rooms and all the essentials for a pleasant stay. One thing worth noting is that if you plan to dine at the Chinese restaurant, it is best to make a reservation in advance. We walked in without a reservation and found that many dishes were no longer available. However, the restaurant team was very accommodating and kindly prepared several dishes using the ingredients they still had on hand. We were grateful for their effort and hospitality. Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice for travelers passing through Golmud.

Stayed here for a night to cover Chaka Lake next day. Most people take a hotel in Chaka Village for the same purpose. Nothing special about the hotel. Smooth checkin, facilities are decent for overnight stay at such a remote area of China. Breakfast is mostly Chinese food but they do have bread slices, jam and coffee. Toaster was not working on that day, however, manager was kind enough to get it toasted. For some reason, they provide plastic cups in the rooms rather than a proper coffee or tea cup.

차가 산수이 호텔(Chaka Shanshui Hotel,山水酒店:300 meters northwest of the intersection of Xingfu Road and Bayin Road, Wulanchaka Town,Wulan Ciunty, Qinghai,China)은 차가 싱푸로와 바이인로 교차로에서 북서쪽으로 300m정도 떨어진 곳에 위치하고 있어 한적합니다.호텔에서 차가 염호까지는 4km정도 떨어져 있습니다 리셉션이나 레스토랑 직원들은 매우 친절하며 집같은 편안함을 제공합니다.객실 청소 상태는 양호하며 기본적인 어메니티도 잘 갖추어져 있어 불편함이 없습니다.리셉션 직원분에게 차가염호에 가려고 콜 택시를 불러달라고 부탁했는데 뜻밖에도 자기 승용차로 차가염호까지 데려다 주고 투어 끝나면 호출 전화를 하라고 전화번호까지 알려줘 큰 감동을 받았습니다. 조식 뷔페를 큰 기대를 하지 않았는데 기대 이상으로 메뉴도 좋고 맛이 있었습니다.마지막으로 차가 객운점까지 가는 나를 위해 콜 택시를 호출해 줘서 감사하다는 생각이 들었습니다.내가 차가염호를 다시 찾는다면 차가 산수호텔을 선택하는데 주저함이 없을 것입니다.좋은 호텔입니다.

The hotel was much better than I expected. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. There was even an oxygen diffuser in the room, which was perfect for someone like me who is prone to altitude sickness. I slept very well and didn't experience any symptoms at all. The hotel also gave me a welcome gift—yak milk yogurt. It was excellent, and it was my first time trying it. What impressed me the most was the bathroom. The toilet was fully automatic with a built-in bidet, so I hardly needed to use toilet paper. If I visit Chaka again in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was generally fine and met our expectations for a short stay. The room and shower were clean, and the facilities were in good condition. Breakfast was also pretty good, with enough variety to start the day comfortably. Service was okay, nothing exceptional, but overall professional and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station, which made arriving and leaving easy. The main downside is the location of the city itself. It’s quite isolated, and except for Chaka lake there is nothing to do. The surrounding area didn’t feel very pleasant to walk around at night, with not much to do nearby. That said, as a place to stay overnight, the hotel itself was perfectly fine and comfortable.

perfect location a few hundred meters away from the center. the staff is really friendly and helpful; they let me check-in really early because my train arrived still pretty early in the morning.
