Plenty of dining and shopping places in Marais and Bastille within walkable distance for locals that you can get an authentic experience. You can get a uber to most places at very affordable prices. The subway 3 minute walk away also has a ticket counter that you can manually purchase all types of transport tickets, load up money without struggling with faulty vending machines. Best rooftop restaurant to enjoy the view of Effie tower, note dame and monmatre every breakfast. Jesus at the front desk is top notch for helping us with taxi and luggage every time. River facing room has good views and great amenities. Love the little surprise gifts at every turndown service. As someone who has been to Paris many times. I much prefer this 3 year old new hotel to many other 5 star hotels in haussman buildings with old infrastructure and small rooms. Will stay again!
