The apartment is great, it's quite big, with kitchen and fridge. The location is good, it's very close to the Gare de Lyon and from the metro. The breakfast is nice. However, we arrived at night and the check in was not good. The staff at the front desk was quite rude, and she was not very helpful. The apartment is very close to many restaurants and stores.

Reception staff were kind and helpful. Location is excellent. Near metro station. If you walk to the one closer to the MacDonald you can buy train tickets there. The one closer to rue chalingny street doesn’t have tickets it’s just an entrance and exit. I bought a day pass for 8.50 euros….and it finished at midnight. U can jump on any metro as many times as you want. Gare Du Lyon train station also near. If you have lasted suitcase you need an Uber can’t walk it - Uber cost me 10 euros to the station. There are many supermarkets mini Marta close by. Apartment is well equipped kitchen. Lacked cooking utensils though like spatula and spoons..other than that it was fine. Note there is no AC - so it was pretty hot. Had a fan though. There is no cleaning service - u have to go to reception and ask for extra things like towels and toilet paper. It’s in a great location walking distance to Bastille and Gare Du Lyon…lots of restaurants etc. unit was a little dated.

My husband & I visited this property in July 2023. We had issues with our room not being ready by check-in time. However, following negotiations with management, breakfast was included with our tariff. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which was spacious. It was a really hot week in Paris & this property doesn’t have air-conditioning. Two bigish fans were in the room, which was helpful but the property does require to be upgraded to include air-conditioning. In addition, the bathroom was tired, the shower was in the bath (pet hate). Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of options to choose from. Need to supply own tea/coffee etc. Small kitchen with saucepans etc for food preparation. Good location, close to Gare de Lyon, supermarkets & metro.

Apartment block was well located, but decor in need of a refresh in our room.

Very good size flat, very convenient location not crowded at all

The place was ok, clean but old. Breakfast was supposed ti be at 7, but at 715 not there yet . The receptionist was new and had no clue on how to help showing very little understanding. Convenient to the metro and very nice restaurants around. The area is nice

The advertisement for this hotel is absolutely misleading. The pictures are NOTHING like the reality. The rooms and corridors are filthy. On the first night we had no power for 3hrs and nobody in reception knew how to resolve.
