Wonderful staff. Great location. Loved my room, clean, nice view. Clean and luxurious. Restaurant was great. Front desk staff so helpful. Don’t go to the Monoprix across the street though. Harassed by the security guard. Everything else was perfect.

The entire staff was exceptional. The front desk and lobby staff were warm and welcoming each and every time I either walked into the hotel or left for a few hours. I wish I remembered each of their names to compliment them individually. The night manager ZaaZaa was one is part of the fantastic lobby team.

We stay at the Hotel Montalambert every time we are in Paris. The location is perfect, the staff is familiar. We know the drill. Now, it also has a compact gym in the basement and massage offerings. Our only grievance is that the rooms are small, to the point that we could not figure out how to lay down our two medium suitcases without some acrobatics involved. Perhaps some reconfiguration needs to be considered for the interiors of the smaller rooms. That said, we have also stayed in the larger suites and they are simply wonderful - a piece of Parisian living without having to buy your own flat.

We stayed here for a week with our kids and another family, and it was an exceptional experience. The service is simply unmatched- they could help us with any and everything including tickets to events that were booked and getting a house call doctor. Everyone was so kind and patient. The rooms are so quiet given their amazing proximity to the metro and shops, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel Montalembert has an excellent location, perfect for exploring Paris in a few days, the room is very cozy and elegant, the staff is completely professional and friendly, I especially thank the Night Manager ZAAZAA who gave me information about the city, making my stay more comfortable.

THIS IS A LOVELY FABULOUS HOTEL! The location couldn't be more perfect---we could walk everywhere and there was a metro stop a block away as well as taxi stands. The staff couldn't be more accommodating and gracious. The rooms were smallish, but as you would expect in Paris, with updated bathrooms, climate control, great pillows with a pillow menu, and a lovely breakfast. This is a GREAT HOTEL and we will be back!

I travel a LOT and find that boutique hotels in Paris tend to have issues with the quality of rooms & furnishings or spotty service (since they have fewer staff than large 5* hotels). However, this is an exceptional 5* boutique hotel. The rooms are quiet, beautifully appointed and immaculate (service 2x per day). The front desk service is highly attentive and capable. The left bank location is absolutely perfect, walkable to many many restaurants, the metro (1 block), shopping and Musee D'Orsay. Most Americans will find the beds a little firmer than usual and won't favor the espresso in the room. But those are individual preferences. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Very classy boutique hotel in the highly-walkable left bank area in Paris. Hotel staff was amazing, concierge came up with several reservations for dinner at great places on a busy weekend, at decent times. Rooms are very clean, classic for a city like Paris (not big but comfy enough). Highly recommended for a few nights on the left bank.
