พนักงานต้อนรับน่าผิดหวังและหยาบคายมาก เมื่อสอบถามเกี่ยวกับนโยบายการใช้คีย์การ์ด พนักงานคนหนึ่งแย่งการ์ดไปอย่างก้าวร้าวและปฏิเสธที่จะให้คำอธิบายที่เหมาะสม พฤติกรรมที่ไม่เป็นมืออาชีพนี้ส่งผลเสียต่อการเข้าพักของเราอย่างมาก วิวจากห้องพักนั้นยอดเยี่ยม

ห้องพักค่อนข้างเล็ก สะอาด อยู่ติดถนนแต่เงียบสงบมาก กางกระเป๋าสัมภาระสำหรับ 2 คนค่อนข้างลำบาก ห้องน้ำเล็กมากจนหมุนตัวไม่ได้ คับแคบมาก คนที่น้ำหนักเกิน 170 ปอนด์อาจจะติดอยู่ในห้องน้ำ

โรงแรมที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมมากพร้อมบริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง พนักงานทุกคนมีประสิทธิภาพและช่วยเหลือดี ฉันขอเก็บอาหารบางรายการไว้ในตู้เย็นและพวกเขาก็ยินดีรับไว้ มีร้านกาแฟและบิสโทรมากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง ข้อดีที่ดีคือมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตท้องถิ่นและร้านขายเนื้อย่างท้องถิ่น จองเลยหากมาพักระยะยาว

โรงแรมนี้เป็นโรงแรมระดับสามดาวในย่านหอสังเกตการณ์ของเขตที่ 14 ของปารีส มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ร้านเบเกอรี่ และรถไฟใต้ดินอยู่ใกล้ๆ ทำให้การเดินทางสะดวกมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมมีครบครันและสะอาดมาก

Great experience staying here. Very well-connected with public transport, safe and clean area and the rooms are pretty decent. The staff was kind and very helpful when we needed anything. Breakfast was decent and well-served. Overall very pleased with our stay

Good breakfast!!!! Front desk needs more smiles (daytime) - night time is ok Small table in front for socialization but nothing much toilet is small but functional small room and some room as one extra step to go down to floor (fall risk)

Hotel a boutique hotel - rooms adequate and nicely appointed. Very clean. Lights only work when key card inserted so either on or off. Means getting up in the night can be an interesting experience. Staff friendly. Double room had a nice wet room shower - the twin room was a bit of a squeeze but ok. Beds comfortable. A/c sometimes went off and had to be reset. Would stay there again.

Hotel itself was clean, well located walking distance to metro and local amenities- supermarkets, artisan Boulangerie etc. Rooms were clean except the safe in our room didn’t work - I pointed out to the manager of the hotel but she wasn’t really concerned as they got their bookings. Breakfast was good except ran out of basic stock like boiled eggs, hot food , fresh baguettes, one hour into service! Overall it was a good stay. But the hotel needs to make sure all safes in the rooms are in working order and breakfast is well stocked.

The Hotel is okay and located in a calm area close to the train station. Around 20 min walking distance (a bit far if you have luggages!). Rooms are extra small but I guess it’s like that in Paris.
