ฉันไม่รู้ว่าเหตุใดคะแนนโดยรวมจึงต่ำ แต่สำหรับฉัน มันเป็นโรงแรมที่ดี ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ร้านอาหารและซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอยู่ที่ชั้นล่าง ทำเลที่ตั้งห้องน้ำดีโดยรวมดีซึ่งแปลก

Nice hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location near the metro. You might hear a voice on the street at night, but that's fine with me. The bar at the end of the street also nice.

Fake photos, indeed rooms’ conditions are terrible…

C’est un hôtel que nous apprécions pour son emplacement proche du métro Max Dormoy et à peu de distance de la Gare du Nord

Terrible Experience. Couldn't sleep for 3 nights. Room was very small. Location was very noisy. People were shouting and screaming all night; police sirens and noise. No proper duvet and pillow. Towels were stains. No air con as well as no fan. The room was very hot and humid. No lift, had to walk 4th floor. Room service is just changing the towel. Water leaking through shower door. They did not clean it. Broken wardrobe and dirty drawers. Dirty table and chairs. Television wire hanging out.

I don’t want to seem really negative but the negatives outweigh the positives with this hotel. After we checked in me and my partner went for a walk to find something to eat, before we could get to the door we were stopped and asked to hand in our key before leaving the hotel which I think is really weird and isn’t something that I’ve ever heard of before. I thought that it was weird because it was very late so I know it couldn’t have been for house keeping purposes but we handed it in and left. The next day we left and tried to hand our key in again but nobody was in reception so we took the key with us and when we got back the person on reception was mad that we didn’t hand our key in. Anyways to add to this the area the hotel is in doesn’t feel very safe and there are loud noises and banging at all hours of the night in the hotel and outside. People stomping and shouting up the stairs at 2am and later it was just really inconvenient and nowhere does it say to be mindful of other people and have respect for people sleeping. Talking of sleeping the bed is as hard as a rock (which is fine if you like that) and the pillows are absolutely massive making it hard to sleep on. Other than that the shower was nice and the room was relatively clean. I know this is a budget hotel however there are just some things that I shouldn’t have to pay for like common decency for your surroundings at 2am and not being able to keep ahold of my key while I’m not there.

I wasn't expecting a lot for the price that we paid, around 50euro for one night for 2 people. But I was definitely expecting something a little cleaner that what we received. The room was barely cleaned before we arrived, the bedsheets still had marks on them, the floor tiles were moldy and cracked. There was a large gap between the door and the floor, meaning we could hear every noise as though the door was wide open through the night. We arrived at 10pm and checked out at 6am, not wanting to stay a moment longer. The bathroom door didn't close either. The sink and toilet themselves were clean, but broken tiles and plaster left open piping everywhere. The shower was full of mold and the hot water wouldn't work. The only plus was it's closeness to the metro stop, making it easy to switch lines to get around Paris.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with a friend whilst backpacking and it was sufficient and the most affordable place we could stay. Obviously when you’re not paying a lot expectations are lower but this place was fine as we didn’t actually need to spend too much time here. The room was basic and was lacking a kettle and air conditioning. Bathroom also basic but fine. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the location worked for us too. An hour walk into central Paris but also loads of public transport too. Overall you get what you pay for.

Les -: Cet hôtel fait le taf pour une nuit, mais à 80€ la nuit on attend au minimum d'avoir une salle de bains privative. Dans un hôtel Formule 1 vous retrouverez le même standing avec une sdb en plus pour 40€ de moins. La rue est bruyante et oui on entend malgré le double vitrage comme ils aiment le répéter avec mauvaise foi. De plus quand on est au dernier étage d'un hôtel on attend d'avoir un ascenseur pour monter les bagages plutôt qu'un escalier étriqué. D'ailleurs si vous êtes une PMR, ne pensez pas à cet hôtel vous ne pourrez pas monter car vous ne pourrez même pas accéder au couloir qui mène à la réception. Les +: Accueil ok, la chambre est propre et aérée facilement. Ok pour une nuit, à éviter pour un long séjour.

A pesar de todos los malos comentarios acerca de este lugar, por ese precio, a mí me pareció buenísimo. La ubicación me gustó muchísimo. El barrio está bastante vivo, gente de distintas nacionalidades y en general todos muy amables. En la calle de a lado hay algunos bares, cafés y un mercado. La estación de metro a unos cuantos pasos, y Gare du Nord a unos 15 min caminando. El personal del hotel fue muy amable, el café que está a un lado del lobby es buenísimo y conveniente y la persona que lo atiende, aunque no supe su nombre, fue muy amable. El cuarto, aunque algo apretado, estuvo bastante cómodo y con baño privado. Mi único inconveniente fue el sonido de las tuberías por las noches, pero nada que me quitara el sueño. Perfecto para parejas o incluso hasta 3 personas con un budget apretado. Volvería sin pensarlo.

Un seul conseil: fuyez!! Je viens d'y dormir rien que quatre nuits et mon corps est criblé de piqûres de puces!! L'hôtel en est infesté ! En trois jours mon corps est recouvert! De plus , l'hygiène est déplorable, draps sales, sol collant... J'ai moi-même dû passer une serviette mouillée sur le sol pour le laver car impossible d'enlever les chaussures. Une honte tout simplement. En plus le gérant ment en disant que je fabule! Fuyez, vraiment !

Réservation faite à la dernière minute, peu de choix à des prix corrects... Nous voici arrivés dans cet hôtel, rassurés par des photos correctes sur le site de réservation. Quelle surprise en voyant la chambre miteuse, sommier très sale, douche délabrée, joints moisis,... Et insonorisation inexistente. L'accueil n'a pas amélioré notre impression générale

Hôtel au rapport qualité-prix correct Literie correcte et propre. Hôtel calme. Personnel très agréable. Chambre avec sanitaires en commun propre mais pas très pratique. Exiguë et les patère trop petites. Pommeau de douche a changer. Hôtel un peu vieillot mais propre. Odeur de tabac un peu trop fort a mon goût. Si vous cherchez un hôtel pas cher et correct allez y mais ne vous attendez pas au grand luxe. Pas de parking a proximité, dommage.
