Parfait !

Good stay, location of the property is really dead around and the breakfast is always the same. Stayed there 4 nights but nothing changed in the breakfast. Cooperative and helpful staff, but language is a huge barrier. Would recommend friends to look for better properties even if they are slightly higher priced

It's a dump. It is hard to describe how awful this place is. Is it this difficult to have a clean room and a nice bed. Whoever gave this hotel 4 stars is mad. The description of this hotel says that rooms have been updated. Maybe in 1985! - The rooms are small and cramped. - As others have noted, the carpets are filthy and threadbare. - The walls haven't been painted in years. - You had better check your bed for critters. - The towels and bed linens are clean but very worn. I was with a rugby group, so we drank and stayed out of our rooms. A note about the area. It's generally safe, walk outside and people are selling cigarettes and stolen goods. We spoke to some French friends and they told us that the area is a real mixed bag and a very strange place for a tourist hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel twice once in 2019 and then again this August. To be honest this has to be my favourite AccorHotel. The effort by the staff in making you feel welcome and special is nothing short of exceptional. Prior to arriving, I informed them of my wife and I celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary coming back to this hotel where we spent a 15 year anniversary and were greeted by balloons rose petals and even a platter in the room none of which was asked for this was simply done as a goodwill gesture on their behalf. The hotel is 15m on a tram from the centre of Paris and in an area that has huge parks with outdoor eating. Great area if you don’t mind the very short trip in the the centre. We ate out in the local area which was lovely and very French, no catering for tourist which was great as we always like to find authentic restaurants and we did! I want to thank all the staff at this hotel for again going above and beyond. You are a credit to your company (you all need a pay rise) and I cannot wait to return.

Disgusting !!! Do better, it’s 2023. Your staff sucks. It smells. The walls are dirty. The carpets are dirty. Your showers look filthy. The AC DOES NOT WORK. This is crazy. Horrendous. Even the remote control is dusty. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

First impressions of the property were this would be a nice place to stay. However after the first night when the air conditioning broke (and was out the rest of the stay) and no hot water the next morning made for a miserable stay.

Decent hotel at the outskirts of Paris, just a few steps away from a metro line. I arrived a little bit early and had to wait for the room, but the front office personnel was attentive enough and offered some refreshments. The room was ok, although the hotel should consider slight refurbishment at least.

We were given an accessible/ handicap room with no option to switch. The floor it was on had an unpleasant smell. No air conditioning in the rooms until June. Hotel staff was available but not overly attentive or friendly.

FUYEZ !!!!!!!!! Hôtel qui devrait être fermé et rénové de suite …. Clim trop bruyante pour dormir …. Etat général déplorable , les sanitaires vétustes ( mais quand même propres ) traces multiples aux murs , plafond vétuste , le mobilier reste correct et seul le service tente de trouver des circonstances atténuantes mais sans succès . Tout ceci à un prix de 185 euros sans petit dej …. Une honte pour Accor

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables même si un peu petites. Le personnel est sympathique et efficace. Un seul bémol, au niveau du petit-déjeuner : alors que l'accès est possible jusqu'à 10 heures, le buffet est débarrassé dès 10h10. De plus, il a fallu demander le miel à chaque fois car il n'était jamais sur le buffet.

nous avons adorer notre séjour à l'hôtel mercure , les employés ont été au petit soin et très sympathique. Les chambres sont très agréables, la salle de bain également. Les oreillers et la literie au top ..d'ailleurs d'ou viennent vos oreillers s'il vous plait ? a refaire en tout cas merci
