Absolutely amazing place to stay, rooms are well sized and very clean. Staff were fantastic!

The room is cozy and the restroom is so spacious. Staff is so nice and helpful. Originally our room has run out of hot water, but it resumed fast after the help of staff. And is nice that there is free shuttle from and to the alona beach, which avoids the inconvenience of finding ‘tuk tuk’. The breakfast is also good and fulfilling! However, remember that slippers are not available. And there isn’t smart tv as well.

空港からは5分位、アローナビーチには10分程の位置にホテルはあります。プールを囲むように部屋がありとてもリラックス出来ます。ホテルを通してスクーターをレンタルする事が可能で１日500ペソです。事前にメッセンジャーを通して予約可能で、また質問やリクエストへのレスポンスも早いです。帰りはフリーの空港までの送迎が大変助かりました。

廁所臭氣沖天，令人窒息的感覺，估計是下水道返臭，位置偏僻，野狗亂叫，把人嚇死了。

Stayed in Ohana for a quick 3 day holiday in Panglao. Everything was perfect. Yes, It may not be located on the main street but it adds to the privacy and quietness of the place. Inside Ohana it feels like you're in Bali with the beautifully designed Bali inspired units. Staff were all great. Every requests we asked has been catered to. They have an onsite restaurant that prepares your meal as you order. Serving size is good and reasonably priced too. If booking for tours, it is close to the main street that tour companies allows pickup from Ohana. And if going to and from Alona beach they have a free shuttle service that offers a great convenience. Amazing find this one and it won't be our last stay for sure.

Ohana is the perfect resort to stay in if you are going out on tours during your Panglao vacation. Clean, quiet, and superb service from the friendliest staff ever make this resort a place to call home when in Panglao. Thank you, Daniel and company, for making our trip memorable!

Stayed a few nights, the staff are helpful, the pool is nice (never crowded due to small number of available rooms), and they offer all the main tours which is very convenient. The little lounge area is very pleasant to have breakfast or a drink in. The breakfast was a bit limited with them missing items but it was okay. The room is decent, not luxurious but clean and functional. Good sized bathroom and shower which is great when you're always coming back from the beach. I would likely stay again if I were ever back in Bohol.

Unexpectedly. Found a very quiet & peaceful resort for a good rate. Spent our 20th Anniversary.Good location. 5mins drive going to Alona Beach. Very homey. Room and Toilet are large. Just had a little issue on their shower. Need a repair. No videt. No free bottled water as shown in Agoda amenities . Nice place for staycation. Accessibility check! So clean. Hope they can maintain the cleanliness. Mabango din ang room. Booked a family room good for 4 pax. Staffs are very friendly. Patiently response to my queries. Special mention to Ivy & Sheila. I asked them if pwede free na ang kasama namin senior. And said yes. They even gave extra mattress for free! Affordable breakfast meal. There’s a security guard. We had a nice stay. Overnight is not enough 😀 They also offer a room decor for bdays or anniv. For P500 charge. Definitely will come back Soon. 👍

I enjoy my stay at Ohana Resort Panglao! The food was good, coffee was the best LOVE IT!! The staff are always friendly and very acommodating Our stay was 3 nights, and made full use of the pool VERY CLEAN Highly recommended 😍

我在這家酒店的住宿體驗相當令人失望。整晚都有持續的噪音，導致我很難入睡，無法好好休息。床上用品感覺不乾淨、不清爽，躺在上面令人不太舒服。衞生間有一股難聞的氣味，即使我試圖通風，味道仍然揮之不去，整體衞生狀況遠低於預期。 泳池的維護也明顯不到位，水質看起來渾濁，池邊區域也不夠整潔，給人一種清潔與日常維護都不被重視的感覺。 總體而言，這家酒店在清潔度和舒適度方面都有很大的改進空間。網站上的照片和描述與實際體驗差距很大。我真誠希望酒店管理方能重視這些問題，為未來的客人改善體驗。很遺憾，以我目前的經歷，我暫時不推薦這家酒店。

A 7.0 magnitude earthquake hit the Philippines, followed by an official tsunami warning, a widespread blackout in Bohol, and bridge collapses in Cebu. For everyone's safety, I had no choice but to cancel my flights and entire itinerary. While every other hotel with a "non-refundable" policy granted refunds due to this clear case of force majeure, OHANA was the only one that flatly refused. Their excuse? "The earthquake happened elsewhere, and we are safe here." This response completely ignores the real and significant risks to traveler safety and transportation disruptions across the region during a major disaster warning. OHANA would rather enforce a strict policy than show basic humanity and care for their customers' well-being. I strongly advise all travelers to avoid this hotel. If a crisis occurs, you cannot rely on them to do the right thing. When traveling in a country prone to typhoons and earthquakes, choosing a hotel with a conscience is crucial. 標題：7.0級強震後仍拒退款！OHANA酒店視政策高於旅客安全 菲律賓發生7.0級強震，官方發佈了海嘯預警，薄荷島出現大範圍停電，宿務有橋樑坍塌。基於人身安全，我取消了機票和全部行程。 事後，其他所有原本“不可取消”的酒店，都因這一不可抗力事件辦理了退款。唯獨OHANA酒店斷然拒絕，並狡辯稱“地震發生在別處，我們這裏安全”。 這種説辭完全無視旅客在災難預警下所面臨的整體交通中斷與安全風險！他們為了堅守冰冷的政策，不惜將客人置於潛在危險之中。 這種行為充分暴露了其對客户的冷漠。如果您計劃來菲律賓（一個颱風地震多發的國家），請務必謹慎選擇酒店。我強烈建議所有旅客避開OHANA，因為在真正的危機中，他們絕不會保障你的權益。
