ฉันเหนื่อยจากการเดินทางแต่เช้า แต่ทันทีที่เช็คอิน ฉันก็เจอกับกลิ่นอับชื้นและความชื้นสูงมากจนนอนบนที่นอนไม่ได้เลย วันรุ่งขึ้น หลังจากไปเที่ยวชมสถานที่ต่างๆ ฉันเช็คอินเข้าห้อง แต่พวกเขาเอาแค่ทิปไปและไม่ได้เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ ดูเหมือนพวกเขาแค่ปูที่นอนแล้วก็จากไป ฉันต้องอาบน้ำหลังจากเที่ยวชมสถานที่ต่างๆ ดังนั้นเมื่อฉันขอเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัว พวกเขาโทรมาสามครั้งบอกว่าจะเอามาให้ ฉันอาบน้ำในห้องน้ำและรอผ้าเช็ดตัวมา สุดท้ายฉันเลยต้องเช็ดผ้าเช็ดตัวให้แห้งพร้อมกับเสื้อผ้า แล้วขอจากพนักงานทำความสะอาดห้อง และพวกเขาก็ให้ผ้าเช็ดตัวฉัน สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่และสวย แต่พวกเขาทำความสะอาดระเบียงห้องชั้นล่างของฉันด้วยผงซักฟอก (ซึ่งมีฟองเหมือนฟอง) แล้วปล่อยลงไปในสระ... ฮ่าๆ... แม้แต่แมลงสาบขนาดเท่าปลายนิ้วก็ยังไม่ขยับออกจากระเบียง ผู้คนเป็นมิตร แต่รีสอร์ทไม่ดีเลย และขอร้องทุกคน! ตอนจ่ายเงิน พนักงานยืนยันว่าคุณไม่มีเงินทอน โปรดเตรียมเงินทอนให้เพียงพอ... มิเช่นนั้น คุณจะต้องจ่ายเงินก้อนใหญ่เพื่อชำระเงิน

The room was clean. The hotel stuff were polite and helpful. But unfortunately there were a lot of people in the hotel during our stay there. That’s why there were some problems with breakfast and towels. I also would like to say that this hotel probably was built for Chinese. We weren’t able to change language on TV and it wasn’t possible to watch something. The remote control for air conditioning also has Chinese localization. However, the internet connection was reliable and we watched Netflix on my iPad.

Good rooms and amenities

Everything is good but the shower room need more space and cover like a glass door. Everytime I use the shower water all over the washroom floor

Perfect place to stay in BOHOL. Then crew are friendly and helpful. Food for breakfaat buffet was great. Its all CLEAN all over. Swimming pool is very clean!

Clean and friendly. Location just way from the main hustle and bustle but easily walkable. They don’t organise trips or scooter hire so you will need to sort these yourself. The breakfast is ok. Overall a nice place.

Hotel was great! Walking distance from Alona beach and Main Street which was great as this area is crowded and loud. Breakfast was good, staff was very helpful and nice. We even get a goodbye gift with dolphin and that was super nice. I highly recommend this place to stay, especially if you want to rest and have base for Bohol trips

booked with family and 2 kids they enjoy the pool staffs are friendly and a lot of restaurants nearby near in the center there is also a shuttle service if you’re too lazy to walk

The kids loves the pool. .the room is so good,clean to look at. I hope the bathroom will improve. There is kettle and love the bottle of water. Staff are helpful..just need to approach them again and again. Hope the staff will always smile inspite of there hectic work. It feels good to look when u see them smiling.

Location okay but need to support with more guidance, they have a pool, restaurant, bar/cafe and mini shop in the complex. Walking distance to beach with bars, restaurants and shopping outlets for gifts and souvenirs. Korean like entertainment district with lot to keep you busy all day. Would recommend but not my for me.

Nice hotel, the location is about 10 minutes away from the center but it's okay. The food and guests are mostly Koreans. Overall experience is okay.

All is good, but the very noisy at day coz have working contraction

To be honest this is the first place I have ever stayed that I have felt disappointed. I had to remind about luggage being brought to hotel and had to ask to have my room cleaned. When it was cleaned they didn’t replace the towels and I also had an ant problem in my room which they promptly sorted with spray. The room on the second floor looked out onto the swimming pool which was often noisy first thing and last thing at night. The room also looked into the reception area/breakfast area where they played loud music from 6am. There is building work going on next door and they would often begin at 7am, drilling and banging, only to stop 1 hour later. The staff were very friendly and helpful and did sort things out when I asked but overall I found the stay disappointing. I don’t normally write reviews but I would just like people to be aware of the noise etc before booking here.

The breakfast is no good and the staff only cleans the room but not the corridor. There was dog turd on the staircase for three days without any cleaning. Overall an overprice hotel
