Grand International Hotel

The hotel and staff are great. The internet was a real problem. It was intermittent and when it worked, it was terribly slow. I travel on business and thus good internet is essential.

This is a great hotel with a wonderful people that always try to help It is a hotel where they make you feel like family. All the staff treat you very kindly and try to make your stay very pleasant. Thank you Karen, Isis (in reception) and Laura (housekeeping) who were always attentive to our requests. It is a great hotel with excellent service and everything is close. You can walk and in a few minutes find what you are looking for The truth is that I highly recommend this hotel

I had a very mixed experience here. When I first got there I got moved to 4 different rooms because in each room something else was broken or falling apart. It almost became comical at a certain point. It seems like they just don't want to take the time to fix the issues in the rooms. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It wasn't a terrible experience, and the price was good, but this would never be my first choice.

HASTA EL COLMO DEL ULTIMO DIÀ DE QUERE CAMBIOS TAN SOLO 10 DOLARES Y NO PODER HACERLO. EL DESAYUNO BAJO MUCHO LA CALIDAD CUANDO SE REALIZO DE MODO BUFFET EN LUGAR DE A LA CARTA COMO EL PRIMER DÌA. MUY MALA LA CALIDAD DEL JUGO DE NARANJAS, DIRÌA QUE PÈSIMA. NO HABIA NINGUN TIPO DE VARIEDAD DE MASAS O GALLETITAS DULCES. Reserved ny *********** When we arrived we were told there was an issue and there were no rooms available. No explanation, no call, no notification or email. Also the photos look 10 times better, than the actual place, no maybe it was for the better.

No toilet paper, we had to ask twice to finally get it. Sonor consolation is very bad. Breakfast is poor. Almost no fruits. We booked a room with double bed and ed up with two separate beds. I would not recommend for more than one night.

Too noisy. Other guests had a loud party in their rooms with music, alcohol at 1:30 am. The guy in reception couldn’t care less as I called twice and they did not stopped the loud party next to our room.

I read 4 star, no I was greatest by a young man who expressed hist desire to take care of me! But my reliance on him left me with a TV with dead remote batteries, no toweles in my room, the receptical in the bathroom was not powered and at 7pm when I calle INTERNATIONAL d to get some food from the restaurant it was not open. 14 HOURS OF TRAVELING AND THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED! I survived on water that night woke and book a luxury condo in Casco Veijo for $30 more, don't know if I will get 6 days charges removed from my credit card but I am look at the Pacific ocean with a cold beer and I'll deal with Booking .com and the Grand International Hotel later! Thanks I needed that!
