During our stay, we noticed the curtains and lampshade in the room were disappointingly dirty. While most staff members were friendly, one front desk staff handled a situation with a soiled pillowcase unprofessionally. Although we were willing to pay $10 each for replacements, addressing the issue by calling us to the front desk instead of discreetly visiting our room was awkward, especially with other guests present in the lobby. Additionally, the room was booked for three guests, so consistently having to request the third towel and coffee cup was extremely inconvenient. Despite these issues, the overall stay was satisfactory.

Muy buena excelente la ubicación en pleno centro cerca del tren lo único es la limpieza de la habitación no la hacían bien y también les falta mas iluminación a la habitación por lo demás todo bien

Las instalaciones excelente, habitaciones siempre limpias. Desayuno variado muy bueno, la única novedad se presentó al ingreso debido que no reflejaba la reserva, no comparto la alternativa de solución por parte del establecimiento debido que exigieron una garantía hasta solventar la novedad, valor que fue reintegrado al 3er día.
